★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è la prima volta che mangiamo in questo ristorante. Questa sera è stata un vera delusione, eravamo in due per il menù all you can eat, abbiamo ordinato diversi tipi di uramaki, già provati precedentemente con la differenza che questa volta il servizio è stato pessimo:
- anziché uramaki mandorle è arrivato uramaki Philadelphia;
- abbiamo chiesto durante l’ordinazione di evitare le portate contenenti l’orata ma le hanno portate lo stesso;
- uramaki contententi la tempura completamente freddi e gommosi;
- gli altri uramaki avevano più salsa che altro.
L’unica cosa accettabile è stata là tartare di tonno che è stata la prima cosa ad arrivare e a questo punto non so se sia stata la fame a farcela “accettare”.. Abbiamo fatto presente subito la cosa ma c’è stato risposto che potevamo ordinare altro, ciò che volevamo lo avevamo già ordinato ed essendo sconcertati non vedo il motivo per cui ordinare ancora!! Tutto quello che vedete nella foto è stata riportato indietro. Essendo clienti abituali ci aspettavamo un trattamento diverso, pagare 70€ per non mangiare praticamente nulla è un furto. Non torneremo mai più soprattutto per la strafottenza con cui siamo stati trattati!!
This is not the first time we have eaten in this restaurant. This evening was a real disappointment, we were two for the all you can eat menu, we ordered different types of uramaki, already tried previously with the difference that this time the service was bad:
- instead of uramaki almonds, uramaki Philadelphia arrived;
- we asked during the order to avoid courses containing sea bream but they brought them anyway;
- uramaki containing tempura completely cold and chewy;
- the other uramaki had more sauce than anything else.
The only acceptable thing was there tuna tartare which was the first thing to arrive and at this point I do not know if it was hunger that made us "accept" .. We immediately pointed this out but we were told that we could order more, what we wanted we had already ordered and being baffled I don't see why to order again !! Everything you see in the photo has been brought back. Being regulars we expected a different treatment, paying 70 € to eat practically nothing is a rip off. We will never go back especially for the arrogance with which we were treated !!
