Ovviamente la paura è tanta ma, fortunatamente, abbiamo seguito il consiglio della precedente gestione e continuato la collaborazione con la HARDY CAFFE’.
E’ difficile trovare le parole giuste per spiegare quanta assistenza, quanti insegnamenti e partecipazione emotiva abbiamo ricevuto da tutto lo staff HARDY.
Un ringraziamento particolare lo dobbiamo a Luca. Un vero maestro nella caffetteria e nella gestione totale del settore.
Dopo un full immersion alla HARDY ACCADEMY abbiamo avuto anche l’onore di vederci accompagnati dal “maestro” per l’intero primo giorno.
