Frequentato da noi principalmente la sera dopo cena per un amaro e una coppa di gelato.
Buone e belle di varie tipologie le coppe di gelato alla frutta o alle creme.
Presente nel menu banana split e spaghetti di gelato.
Anche tisane e cioccolate calde per una buona caffetteria che riscalda nelle serate fresche di montagna.
Molto professionale lo staff, simpatico e cordiale.
Il cafè Ploner è un punto di riferimento per San Cassiano e lo è stato per noi fino all'ultima sera prima della partenza.

 A great bar for the quality of the products.
Frequented by us mainly in the evening after dinner for an amaro and a cup of ice cream.
Good and beautiful of various types the cups of ice cream with fruit or creams.
Present in the menu banana split and ice cream spaghetti.
Even herbal teas and hot chocolates for a good coffee shop that warms up on cool mountain evenings.
The staff are very professional, nice and friendly.
The Ploner café is a point of reference for San Cassiano and it was for us until the last evening before departure.

Sono stato in questo bar per un dessert dopo cena con la mia ragazza in occasione di una vacanza in Alta Badia. Il locale si trova a nel centro abitato di San Cassiano e dispone di un buon numero di tavoli sulla piazza principale del paese. Io ho preso una fetta di torta al grano saraceno e lampone che ho trovato molto buona e gustosa. I prezzi sono onesti e le porzioni sono abbondanti.
Excellent cut desserts
I went to this bar for a dessert after dinner with my girlfriend on the occasion of a holiday in Alta Badia. The restaurant is located in the town of San Cassiano and has a good number of tables on the main square of the town. I took a slice of buckwheat and raspberry cake which I found very good and tasty. The prices are fair and the portions are generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their food is simple and nothing fancy, but cheap and hearty — the ham and cheese sandwich and pizzette (about €5 each) were welcome after our walk. And their cappuccino was good — the right amount of foam, not too bitter.
The owner is also a really nice man, and was very friendly towards us even though he doesn't speak much English! :)
