★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre trovato gentilezza e disponibilità ma di recente non sono stata per niente soddisfatta in quanto la commessa non rispettava assolutamente le regole anticontagio. Non indossava la mascherina se non sotto il mento e quando le ho chiesto un aiuto si è limitata a coprire la bocca. Non ha neppure avuto la decenza di igienizzarsi le mani dopo aver starnutito senza mascherina, continuando a toccare i prodotti di cosmesi esposti laddove è fatto divieto al cliente - giustamente - di toccare e di rivolgersi al personale. Sono rimasta inorridita e anche delusa. Non tornerò più.
I have always found kindness and availability but recently I was not at all satisfied as the saleswoman absolutely did not respect the anti-contagion rules. She wore the mask only under her chin and when I asked her for help she just covered her mouth. He did not even have the decency to sanitize his hands after sneezing without a mask, continuing to touch the cosmetic products displayed where it is forbidden for the customer - rightly - to touch and contact the staff. I was horrified and also disappointed. I will never go back.
