★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre avuto esperienze positive da Sephora ma oggi ho trovato una commessa di Benefit che non ha fatto altro che trovare tutte le negatività possibili per il mio marchio preferito pur di farmi comprare il marchio che sponsorizzava. Commessa arrogante e presuntuosa. Con tutta la professionista che vantava non si è nemmeno preoccupata di chiedermi quali fossero le mie esigenze. Non metterò mai più piede in questo negozio!!
 I've always had positive experiences at Sephora but today I found a Benefit order that did nothing but find all the negativities possible for my favorite brand, just to let me buy the brand it sponsored. Arrogant and conceited order. With all the professional she boasted she didn't even bother to ask me what my needs were. I will never set foot in this shop again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio un po' di settimane fa perché non sono di Vicenza e devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene. Le commesse erano gentili e non apprensive per fortuna. Sono state molto cortesi nell' accogliermi e nell'acquisto dei prodotti. Il negozio è molto grande e luminoso, ha tutti i brand più importanti che si trovano in commercio e ha anche delle novità che nella mia cittadina non si trovano.
I was in this shop a few weeks ago because I am not from Vicenza and I must say that I found myself very well. The shop assistants were kind and not apprehensive thankfully. They were very courteous in welcoming me and purchasing the products. The shop is very large and bright, it has all the most important brands that are on the market and also has some news that cannot be found in my town.

What I’ll mention is that prices are a little bit overpriced. London is much cheaper.
