Ho passato una settimana in questa struttura, ed è stato uno dei pochi casi in cui le foto non rendevano l'idea del luogo. tranquillità, vista spettacolare, spazi perfetti. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci. i proprietari sono disponibilissimi, discreti e molto gentili, non potevo chiedere di meglio. infine, per chi ne avesse bisogno in periodi di smart working, la connessione internet funziona benissimo. ho fatto video riunioni di più di un'ora senza il minimo problema! a magical place! I spent a week in this structure, and it was one of the few cases where the photos did not convey the idea of the place. tranquility, spectacular views, perfect spaces. Can't wait to go back. the owners are extremely available, discreet and very kind, I couldn't ask for anything better. finally, for those who need it in periods of smart working, the internet connection works very well. I made video meetings of over an hour without the slightest problem!

Il soggiorno (ad Agosto 2020) è stato magnifico, ad iniziare dall'appartamento, ristrutturato di recente, dotato di elettrodomestici, stoviglie e biancheria nuovi e di ottima qualità. Nessun inconveniente di nessun tipo ed una igiene così accurata da tranquillizzare chiunque. Il giardino è incancantevole, un angolo di paradiso affacciato sul lago più bello del mondo (per me), con il prato inglese e le sdraio per magnifiche sieste... Insomma, non mancava proprio nulla per stare bene. La cosa che, però, mi trova più in disaccordo (va bene che ognuno ovviamente ha il suo metro, però...) è la descrizione dei proprietari. Io li ho trovati disponibili, simpatici e strordinariamente cordiali. Sono venuti incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze, si pensi che addirittura ogni sera ci portavano qualcosa: gli ortaggi freschi del loro orto, il limoncino fatto da loro da assaggiare ed altro. Si sono, poi, prodigati in consigli per meglio visitare la zona, indicando ristoranti e locali che hanno soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative. Insomma, persone veramente squisite e che non vedo l'ora di incontrare di nuovo. Questa è la mia esperienza e la volevo testimoniare, in attesa di tornare a Cernobbio, sempre a Ca Roncate! Good evening, I accidentally read the review posted recently by another person who stayed at Ca Roncate and I feel compelled to share my experience. The living room (in August 2020) was magnificent, starting with the recently renovated apartment, equipped with new and excellent quality appliances, dishes and linens. No inconvenience of any kind and hygiene so thorough as to reassure anyone. The garden is enchanting, a corner of paradise overlooking the most beautiful lake in the world (for me), with an English lawn and deckchairs for magnificent siestas ... In short, nothing was missing to feel good. The thing that, however, I find most disagreement (it's okay that everyone obviously has their own meter, though ...) is the description of the owners. I found them helpful, nice and extraordinarily friendly. They met all our needs, just think that even every evening they brought us something: fresh vegetables from their garden, the limoncino made by them to taste and more. They then went out of their way to provide advice on how to visit the area better, indicating restaurants and clubs that fully met our expectations. In short, truly exquisite people who I can't wait to meet again. This is my experience and I wanted to testify, waiting to return to Cernobbio, always to Ca Roncate!

Ci siamo gustati del buon vino sulla terrazza panoramica ed è stato pazzesco. La casa è accogliente con dettagli originali e offre tutti i comfort, dalla piccola cantina vini, alla cucina attrezzata Davide e Kerry sono guest discreti e simpatici. torneremo sicuramente in questo angolo di paradiso. Grazie di tutto! We stayed at Ca 'Roncate for three nights. In this corner of paradise, negative thoughts vanish, problems do not exist. We enjoyed some good wine on the panoramic terrace and it was crazy. The house is welcoming with original details and offers all comforts, from the small wine cellar to the equipped kitchen Davide and Kerry are discreet and nice guests. we will definitely return to this corner of paradise. E	Enea Sansaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento appena sopra Cernobbio, su due livelli con vista lago. Nulla da dire. Tutto perfetto. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, dalla cucina al bagno. La parte linving è molto carina con angolo cottura, tavolo, divano, tv e un piccolo bagno con lavatrice. Non manca davvero nulla. Il piano basso da poi su una terrazza vista lago che merita davvero parecchio. Al piano sopra un altro bagno decisamente più attrezzato con doccia e terrazzo. La camera da letto è molto carina e spaziosa. Ottimo posto dove rilassarsi a due passi da Como. Super consigliato. Apartment just above Cernobbio, on two levels with lake view. Nothing to say. All perfect. The house is equipped with every comfort, from the kitchen to the bathroom. The linving part is very nice with kitchenette, table, sofa, TV and a small bathroom with washing machine. Nothing is really missing. The lower floor then opens onto a terrace overlooking the lake which really deserves a lot. Upstairs another bathroom much more equipped with shower and terrace. The bedroom is very nice and spacious. Great place to relax a stone's throw from Como. Super recommended.

The view is just breathtaking, the house is not big but has everything necessary to cook and entertain oneself during long winter evenings. We were having lunch on the terrace and playing board games at the end of th day. There are great walking trails around, so if the weather permits you may enjoy long walks in the vicinity. We are definitely coming back to live this experience in spring, should be even more beautiful :)

The view from the living area is absolutely stunning, the managers of the property were so friendly & helpful! There was a handy guide letting me know what was worth checking out in the local area & gave recommendations for lovely restaurants. The place was spotless & had everything I needed (with my hand luggage only brought with me). I even bought a little coffee pot to match the one in the apartment when I got home to try & relive my Italian experience a little - I loved the fact that there was coffee & tea already there for me when I arrived. Would definitely recommend, and plan to stay again at some point when life returns to normal ?
