★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edificio di modesto valore architettonico ma riferimento storico importante per la zona di Toldino e per le scuole elementari (demolite a fine '900) ad essa confinanti. L'attuale impianto quadrangolare con tetto a due falde, risale al XVII secolo e sostituisce una precedente, semplice cappella.
Con il restauro degli anni '70 del XX secolo, è stato aggiunto il piccolo portico sul lato sinistro, adiacente alla sacrestia.
 Building of modest architectural value but important historical reference for the Toldino area and for the elementary schools (demolished at the end of the 20th century) bordering it. The current quadrangular structure with a gable roof dates back to the 17th century and replaces a previous, simple chapel.
With the restoration of the 70s of the 20th century, the small portico on the left side, adjacent to the sacristy, was added.
