★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Educazione inesistente: ho un figlio di 15 mesi, erroneamente tramite booking ho fatto prenotazione per 2 adulti e 0 bambini. Nelle note ho indicato che necessitavo di una culla per un bambini di 15 mesi.
Il proprietario della struttura pochi minuti dopo mi contatta dicendo che andava bene per la culla, ma che avrei dovuto rifare una nuova prenotazione in quanto i bambini sono gratis al di sotto di un anno (12 mesi). Senza dire nulla, in quanto giustamente è il proprietario che detta le condizioni, cancello la prenotazione (indicando nelle motivazioni che è cambiato numero degli ospiti) e mentre sto per confermare una nuova prenotazione per 3 persone (2 adulti + bambino di 15 mesi) ricevo un messaggio in chat booking con scritto "Bravo Furbetto"; chiedendo chiarimenti mi viene risposto "Se penso che le persone lavorano gratis".
Ho su booking oltre 200 prenotazioni, utente genius livello 2... e mai una cosa simile mi era capitata.
Lascio a voi che leggete questa recensione, ogni commento / giudizio al riguardo.
 Non-existent education: I have a 15-month-old son, mistakenly through booking I made a reservation for 2 adults and 0 children. In the notes I indicated that I needed a cot for a 15 month old baby.
The owner of the property contacted me a few minutes later saying that it was fine for the crib, but that I would have to make a new booking as children are free under one year (12 months). Without saying anything, as rightly it is the owner who dictates the conditions, I cancel the reservation (indicating in the reasons that the number of guests has changed) and while I am about to confirm a new reservation for 3 people (2 adults + 15 month old child) I receive a chat booking message with the words "Bravo Furbetto"; asking for clarification I am answered "If I think that people work for free".
I have over 200 bookings on booking, level 2 genius user ... and such a thing had never happened to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kommunikation war schon eine Katastrophe. Ich musste ständig Google Translate nutzen, da der Gastgeber nur italienisch sprechen konnte. Nach dem wir ein Late Check in bestätigt hatten und der Gastgeber in der Kommunikation schon sehr sehr unhöflich war, ist er einfach nicht erschienen. Um 20 Uhr hat er uns noch mitgeteilt, wir sollen uns eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft melden, was ich tat. Um 21:45 als wir da waren, schrieb er nur, dass er 22 Uhr geschlossen hat. Wir waren aber schon vorher da und vereinbart war ein Check in nach 22 Uhr. Auf die Anrufe reagierte nicht und meinte nur, wir sollen uns an Booking wenden. Booking hat ihm erklärt, dass er den Betrag zurück überweisen soll. Dies hat er abgelehnt. Um 22 Uhr mussten wir in Coma noch kurzfristig eine Unterkunft finden. Die Gäste im Nachbarhotel haben seine Unprofessionalität bestätigt
Communication was a disaster. I had to constantly use google translate as the host could only speak Italian. Booking told him that he should transfer the amount back. He refused this. At 10 p.m. we still had to find accommodation in Coma at short notice. The guests in the neighboring hotel have confirmed his unprofessionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VOLEUR a fuir absolument ! Nous avions réservé une chambre pour une nuit car ceci devait être un stop à notre voyage pour nous reposer entre deux destination. Quand nous sommes arrivés personne ! Nous avions même pas 1h de retard car il y avait des bouchons, oui sur la route les voyageurs en général rencontrent parfois des bouchons ou des imprévus. L’hôte a répondu que ce n était pas son problème et nous a laissé à la rue ! En plus de ça il m a dit qu on ne serait pas remboursé ! Pour à peine une heure de retard ! Rendez vous compte ! Je n ai jamais vu ça de ma vie et j envisage de déposer une plainte contre lui je ne sais pas encore de quelle manière. Ne réservez surtout pas la

We booked a two bedroom apartment for two nights,, since the day before the arrival and the host is contacting us in a bad way!!!
First about the check in time .. then about the green pass
And lastly on the day of arrival!!!
When the host realized that we are three not 2!!! It is an apartment with two bedroom!! It is fine with us we can pay for the third person
But their way of contacting us was really bad,, there was no way to have a conversation with them as they end the call while we were talking to them
They are strict and not flexible at all
Not recommended at all if you wish to enjoy the beautiful city
we changed to another hotel immediately
