★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento bello, pulitissimo, alle spalle della cattedrale. Comodo il parcheggio convenzionato. Bello l'affaccio sui tetti e la cupola della Cattedrale. La ragazza della reception moto gentile e sorridente.
 Beautiful apartment, very clean, behind the cathedral. Convenient parking agreement. Beautiful overlooking the roofs and the dome of the Cathedral. The girl at the front desk is kind and smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spot of this hostel on Google Map is not the exact point of reception. I spent quite a lot of time to figure out the check-in place when I arrived in Como, and finally I got the help from the locals. The reception is just opposite the building Le Stanze del Lago. Walk through the wooden door then turn left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great centrally located accommodation perfect for couples and small families. Staff very helpful but lost a star as the reception office was closed when we arrived, even though we'd arrived at our stated time. Had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to turn up...

There are two apartment Locations - We chose the apartment at Via Fontana because of the location and the lift which came in handy after long days on your feet. 2 minute walk to ferry and center of town. Nearby by grocery was easily accessible. We cooked a few meals while we were there – kitchen was adequately appointed. Would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of my favourite travelling experiences. The apartment is big and clean and so close to the Lake. The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. All spoke great English and we're lovely. My Mum and I decided to take the cooking class that is associated with the hotel and it was fantastic. I highly recommend. One of the lovely staff, Sarah came to translate. It was a holiday highlight. I would definitely come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the Junior Suite for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The suite was immaculately clean with quality fixtures and fittings and stylish furnishings. I would recommend paying for the breakfast which is freshly prepared by the owner each morning and is all hand made, delicious!
If you are using a car they do have parking which is an additional cost and is worthwhile paying for.
Very much looking forward to staying here in the near future.
