If you have more than 75 years, you have to buy a train ticket and lose a good half hour, it's the ideal place :)

Tollerante su tante cose tranne che la maleducazione nei confronti dei clienti.
Arrive at the headquarters at 18.05 and find the door closed with an operator on the phone trying to explain (assuming that all people know lip-reading) the reasons why it is closed.
Tolerant of many things except rudeness towards customers.

They are ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS, having only one staff member. Customers wait for up to 2 hours. I did interrupt with my query and got incorrect information. Walked out & went to another travel agency & got fast, efficient service.
