★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Avevo bisogno di un furgone per un trasloco. Passo il ven 29/10 per prenotarlo e sapere cosa servisse e mi danno appuntamento per il Lun 1/11. Mi presento (con un operaio pagato) e il magazzino è chiuso. Mi ripresento martedi (sempre con operaio al secondo giorno di paga) e dopo un'attesa di un'ora e mezza in piedi fuori dall'ufficio il furgone non è disponibile e non si sa quando lo sarà. Mi innervosisco perchè sto perdendo tempo e soldi e mi devo pure subire l'impiegato che dopo aver provato a propormi un mezzo molto piu piccolo che ho rifiutato mi dice pure : "Aoh, io non so che caxxo farti". Inutile dire che mi sono rivolto altrove. Io capisco tutto perchè tutto può succedere ma almeno rimanete cortesi specie quando siete nel torto.
Bad experience. I needed a van for a move. I spend Friday 29/10 to book it and find out what it was needed and they give me an appointment for Mon 1/11. I show up (with a paid worker) and the warehouse is closed. I come back on Tuesday (always with a worker on the second pay day) and after waiting for an hour and a half standing outside the office the van is not available and it is not known when it will be. I get nervous because I'm wasting time and money and I also have to suffer the employee who, after trying to offer me a much smaller vehicle that I refused, also tells me: "Aoh, I don't know what the fuck to do". Needless to say, I turned elsewhere. I understand everything because anything can happen but at least remain courteous especially when you are wrong.
