 I used their service for my wedding with a car for the bride and groom and 2 shuttles. All punctual, precise without smudging. Good choice.

In primo luogo ho effettuato la prenotazione con il signor Mirco, una persona davvero gentile e disponibile e poi il trasporto, puntuale e rilassante.
Vi rincontreremo sicuramente per altri, eventuali trasporti.
I contacted the company to carry out a transport for my brother from Rome Fiumicino to Puglia. What to say? Really satisfactory service.
First I made the reservation with Mr. Mirco, a really kind and helpful person and then the transport, punctual and relaxing.
We will surely meet you again for any other transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. Picked us up on time at Rome's Fiumicino airport but were not happy because our flight was delayed and luggage misplaced. Driver was not very personable but did get us to our destination with no problem. We booked a return trip to Rome but were left stranded as they said they had no record of our reservation. Even after we received a confirming email from them. We waited for them until they were 10 minutes late, called and were then informed of the above. We had to scramble for an alternate ride, missed our train connection and spent an additional $200+ because of their incompetence. AND, they do not take credit cards, only cash. Probably to guard against disgruntled customers withholding payment. Bottom line, find another ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with NCC Top Car from beginning to end but the worst moment was when they just neglected to pick me up as scheduled (and confirmed via email by the company) and I missed my train, resulting in an additional train ticket purchase which cost me 200 euro. When I called to find out what happened, they had nothing to say. "We don't have your reservation." I said, "But you wrote back and confirmed." I gave them the name of the person. They said, "Well, we don't have it." And then when I asked how they planned on reimbursing me for the cost of the lost train ticket, they hung up. Beyond unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. In addition to this ultimate fail on behalf of a car service, they were scheduled to pick up a member of my wedding party and drop them off at one location and instead delivered them somewhere completely different! When I called to figure out what happened there, they tried to blame me for supplying misinformation. Because I am hyper organized, I told them I'd be happy to forward the email again giving them explicit directions. Suddenly it was, "Oh, oh, you're right. We can pick them up now and deliver them to the correct address." UNREAL. If you want to be picked up and actually delivered to your destination, do NOT book this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked them for a few nights for a trip in Rome for my boss. Couldn't have been better! All 3 drivers who were allocated to do the transfers for my boss spoke perfect English, were polished and always on time. Customer service was great (thanks Mirco)! We will definitely use their services again, when we are coming to Rome next time.
