★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled into this delightfully bright and airy spot randomly last night without having read any reviews and loved it. The young owner and his staff offer simple, but delicious salads, paninis and charcuterie-cheese along with a wonderful Sicilian wine selection. The blood orange-almond-dried tomato salad was simply delicious, especially topped with olive oil from the family farm and sea salt from Trapani. I suspect we will be back for more before we leave lovely Ragusa Ibla.
