★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infopoint moderno e accogliente. Abbiamo parlato con Virginia che è stata favolosa, ci ha consigliato come muoverci a Ragusa e diverse opzioni per pranzare. Siamo stati al caseificio ed era davvero ottimo!
Non solo, abbiamo chiesto aiuto per trovare da dormire nella zona tra Ragusa e Agrigento e lei ci ha trovato delle strutture incantevoli, agriturismi e bnb di diverse fasce di prezzo. Sottolineo che ha chiamato tutte le strutture e ci ha girato link con siti e prezzi mentre noi passeggiavano per Ragusa..più di così non si poteva fare!!

Modern and welcoming infopoint. We spoke to Virginia who was fabulous, she advised us how to get around Ragusa and different options for lunch. We went to the dairy and it was really great!
Not only that, we asked for help to find accommodation in the area between Ragusa and Agrigento and she found us enchanting structures, farmhouses and bnb of different price ranges. I emphasize that he called all the structures and gave us links with sites and prices while we were walking around Ragusa .. more than this you could not do!
Great service really highly recommended !!

I was in Ragusa for the first time. The infopoint was fundamental to have immediately available a wide choice of possibilities and to go into a very suggestive context which is Ragusa Ibla. Thanks Rita for your valuable advice, some I have reserved for the next holiday, see you soon !!!

An impeccable service, at the height of friendliness and preparation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder who gave 5 stars to this Info Point in Ragusa Ibla... must be somebody really involved ....
It consists of one large well refurbished room, but totally empty.
No leaflets of events going on in Ragusa, nor museums, or excursions in the nearby area. You must ask for a city plan and the lady working there is replying to your questions without making any efforts to suggest anything.
Ragusa Comune should be more proactive in promoting its location as tourism can be one of the pillars dragging the economy!
I take the occasion to point out that in the square in front of the Villa, 4 out of 5 business premises (one bar, one pasticceria, one arancineria, one sandwich shop) have the day off on Tuesday....poor business entrepreneurship!
