Abbiamo telefonato più volte e ci hanno garantito la validità senza scadenza del buono. Oggi siamo andati per acquisto e non l’hanno accettato, aggredendo noi clienti e nascondendosi dietro un misterioso cambio di ragione sociale. Continueremo con le vie legali. GIRATE A LARGO!
Bad experience! We received a gift certificate for Christmas 2019. Throughout 2020 they were closed due to pandemics. We phoned several times and they guaranteed us the validity of the voucher without expiry. Today we went to buy and they didn't accept it, attacking us customers and hiding behind a mysterious change of company name. We will continue with the legal action. RUN AWAY!
