★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco professionale e non curanti dei clienti. In data odierna mi sono recata al negozio per chiedere disponibilità nano Sim per sostituirla al Cell. Di mio padre, mi comunicano di sì e che il costo è di 25€, ma che deve recarsi l'interessato. Chiedo se si necessita di prenotazione e mi comunicano di no. Dopo poco si reca mio padre e gli comunicano invece che non ci sono nano Sim disponibili, forse dopo pasqua. Mi sembra davvero scorretto e molto poco professionale, nonché un inutile perdita di tempo che di uesti tempi, si poteva risparmiare. Dovrebbero assumere con cura le personech e lavorano per Tim, visto che in questo modo non fanno altro che danneggiare l'immagine dell'azienda per la quale lavoro da 20 anni!

In tutto ciò dovevo fare un cambio carta di credito quindi l'arrivo del messaggio non dipendeva nemmeno da me.
Personale da rivedere, poco curante del cliente.

Parcheggio a raso scoperto o nel multipiano coperto, entrambi a pagamento, il primo a 50 centesimi di euro le prime due ore e poi 50 centesimi di euro per ogni ora o frazione di ora. Il secondo a 1 euro per le prime due ore e poi 1 euro per ogni ora o frazione di ora successiva. C'è infine un parcheggio a raso gratuito al di là della strada.
