Vado per ritirare gli esiti di un esame nella data da loro indicata, prendo un permesso al lavoro e investo quasi una mattinata intera, per sentirmi dire che FORSE il giorno successivo, MAGARI saranno pronti, ma è meglio chiamare prima per esserne certi. Faccio presente che la cosa mi disturba molto e vengo trattato come se avessi commesso io l errore. Parliamo di salute, in primo luogo, un esame costato più di 500e, e neanche una data corretta sanno inserire. SENZA GIUSTIFICAZIONI Scandalous, highly discouraged, unprofessional. Per prenotare ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto subito al telefono dandomi un appuntamento per 20 giorni dopo. Una volta in studio ho aspettato pochi minuti ed ho potuto fare il mio esame con una dottoressa veramente molto scrupolosa. I see there are a lot of negative reviews but I was very happy with it. To book I called and they immediately answered the phone giving me an appointment for 20 days later. Once in the office I waited a few minutes and I was able to take my exam with a very scrupulous doctor.
