Stavolta hanno superato il limite. Dopo più di un mese di telefonate, zero risposte, il pezzo c'è, non so niente, devo chiedere... Stamattina abbiamo dovuto ritirare ciò che avevamo lasciato perché sinceramente ci eravamo stufati della situazione. Ci hanno ridato ciò che avevamo lasciato (la parte del robot da cucina col manico rotto) più rotto di prima! PESSIMI I would like to put - 0 stars. Dopo circa 2 mesi si è ripresentato il problema e sono stato accusato di uso improprio del prodotto . Ho ricevuto tanta arroganza, supponenza , malafede , ed altro! Il bello è che anche dopo questa seconda riparazione, la lavapavimenti, non funzionava, ho dovuto recarmi in un'altro centro autorizzato ,dove hanno risolto il guasto . Il personale mi ha accusato di aver adoperato il folletto in modo improprio anche se questo non era vero pur di incassare il costo della riparazione. Sono stato dal rivenditore indirizzato ad altro centro assistenza dove hanno svolto il loro lavoro correttamente e in garanzia come dovuto. Experience not to be repeated.
