Maleducati, arroganti e inefficienti, pensano che i clienti siano poco intelligenti. Non capiscono le risposte quando rispondi alle loro domande, e non comprendo il significato delle frasi di senso compiuto. Eppure sono italiani. Purtroppo sono gli unici a Modena. Non comprate la Marca Hoover o Candy. Vi ritroverete ad aver a che fare con loro e non è piacevole, ben due settimane di attesa e ancora non si è visto nessuno, non rispettano gli orari ed i giorni che conconcordano. Che desolazione! I am forced to put a star because it is not possible to put 0. This service center for appliances is nothing short of scandalous. Rude, arrogant and inefficient, they think customers are unintelligent. They don't understand the answers when you answer their questions, and I don't understand the meaning of the phrases complete sense. Yet they are Italian. Unfortunately they are the only ones in Modena. Don't buy the Hoover Brand or Candy. You will find yourself having to deal with them and it is not pleasant, two weeks of waiting and still no one has been seen, they do not respect the times and days that agree. What a desolation!

Aspetto un ricambio di una lavatrice da ormai 4 mesi ed il negozio fornisce sempre la stessa scusante senza fare nulla in merito o almeno cercando di risolvere il problema presentatosi. Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questo negozio. Lack of professionalism and contact with customers. I've been waiting for a replacement for a washing machine for 4 months now and the shop always gives the same excuse without doing anything about it or at least trying to solve the problem that has arisen. I strongly advise against going to this shop.

E adesso dove vado? Gente onesta e laboriosa non ce n'è più? Sono venuti hanno solo peggiorato la situazione dovevano tornare oggi.......non si sono visti e neanche avvisano.......chiudete che fate piu bella figura va là. They are embarrassing !!!!
