very bad ... they treated me with disdain and also used grumpy terms towards me every time I asked for explanations about what they were doing. They answered all my questions ... it says on the manual, read it! If this is professionalism ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ci fosse la possibilità di mettere 0 stelle lo farei. 110€ per un sopralluogo di neanche 1 ora,hanno solo visto da dove perdeva il climatizzatore (ancora in garanzia!) con una sonda. Scarsa professionalità nonché uno dei due andato in balcone a fumare. Andati su e giù dal piano perché dimenticati gli attrezzi di lavoro! UNA VERGOGNA!!!!!
If there was a chance to put 0 stars I would. 110 € for an inspection of not even 1 hour, they only saw where the air conditioner (still under warranty!) Was leaking from with a probe. Poor professionalism and one of the two went to the balcony to smoke. Go up and down the floor because you have forgotten your tools! A SHAME!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per un problema al deumidificatore il 3 gennaio, ci rispondono che il tecnico avrebbe potuto vederlo il 28 (tempi biblici). Una volta restituitoci il prodotto non funzionava affatto, eppure si sono anche fatti pagare. Ricontattati per chiedere spiegazioni ci hanno detto "vi faremo sapere...". Ovviamente mai più sentiti. Abbiamo quindi contattato l assistenza di bologna che, non solo ci ha detto che il nostro prodotto è ancora in garanzia ma anche che sarebbero venuti a casa a metterlo a posto.. insomma, se vi serve assistenza per i prodotti mitsubishi chiamate direttamente in un'altra provincia.
Called for a problem with the dehumidifier on January 3, they tell us that the technician could have seen it on the 28th (biblical times). Once the product was returned to us it didn't work at all, yet they also got paid. Called back to ask for explanations they told us "we will let you know ...". Obviously never heard from again. We then contacted the bologna assistance who, not only told us that our product is still under warranty but also that they would come home to fix it .. in short, if you need assistance for mitsubishi products, call directly in a other province.
