Mi sono rivolta a loro , professionali e disponibili.
Sono venuti a vedere il problema nel giro di pochissimo tempo , si stanno occupando della sostituzione , il tecnico è stato molto gentile e competente , altrettanto gentile l'impiegata che mi ha seguito telefonicamente.
I had a problem with my fridge still under warranty.
I turned to them, professional and helpful.
They came to see the problem in a very short time, they are taking care of the replacement, the technician was very kind and competent, just as kind was the employee who followed me by phone.

In order, I broke the refrigerator, oven and washing machine and every time the secretary (I think) first the technician and then they have always been efficient and very kind. Highly recommended

Il titolare in tempi brevi è venuto a vedere il problema e lo ha anche risolto immediatamente. Il personale è stato cortese e molto efficiente. Mi rivolgerò a loro anche in futuro.
I have received service for my dryer that is now out of warranty.
The owner quickly came to see the problem and also solved it immediately. The staff were courteous and very efficient. I will also be addressing them in the future.

Mi ha tolto davvero da un bel pasticcio, avendo la lavastoviglie non funzionante sotto Pasqua. Lodo anche l'estensione di garanzia, che ha permesso un intervento costosissimo ( sostituzione di motore e scheda ) senza dover versare alcuna somma aggiuntiva
I would like to publicly commend the technician for his understanding, professionalism and speed of action. It really got me out of a pretty mess, having the dishwasher not working under Easter. I also award the warranty extension, which allowed a very expensive intervention (replacement of motor and card) without having to pay any additional sum
