La persona che mi ha risposto, dopo avermi chiesto di cosa si trattasse, non si è reso disponibile a ricevermi perché oberati di lavoro. È evidente che il servizio da prestare non fosse di loro gradimento, visto che sul sito c’era molta disponibilità per appuntamenti. Pessimo!
Aggiungo dopo la sua risposta.
L’INPS dice di rivolgersi al patronato per l’assistenza ed eventuale ricorso, ma lei mi ha liquidato in pochi secondi. Se lei avesse voluto accontentare in tutto e per tutto il suo ipotetico cliente, gli avrebbe concesso un appuntamento per analizzare meglio la situazione invece ha preferito consigliargli di rivolgersi alla CISL. The INPS says to contact the patronage for assistance and any recourse, but she liquidated me in a few seconds. If she had wanted to satisfy her hypothetical client in all respects, she would have granted him an appointment to better analyze the situation, instead she preferred to advise him to contact the CISL.
