Mozzarella di bufala ottima, idem per la scamorza affumicata che fatta in padella e mangiata con il pane è sublime. Fatevi tentare anche dai dolci, gradita la sfogliatella Riccia, fatta ad opera d'arte. If you are looking for the flavors and above all aromas of Campania this is the perfect place. Excellent buffalo mozzarella, ditto for the smoked scamorza which, made in a pan and eaten with bread, is sublime. Let yourself be tempted by desserts too, the Riccia sfogliatella is appreciated, made as a work of art.
a	arianna volpato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati io e mio marito a mangiare lì per caso...siamo entrati solo per Delle info...ma poi ci siamo fermati a mangiare, abbiamo ordinato le bruschette e la mozzarella di bufala con il crudo,e stata una cosa FAVOLOSA!!!!!mancava solo il mare davanti per poterla assaporare appieno,prezzi alla portata di tutti,prodotti unici!!!lo consigliamo vivamente,le ragazze che ci hanno servito sono simpatiche,molto alla mano(veramente non capisco certe recensioni negative su di loro)ci torneremo sicuramente anche con amici!!complimenti al personale!! grazie It was my husband and I who ate there by chance ... we only came in for some info ... but then we stopped to eat, we ordered the bruschetta and the buffalo mozzarella with the raw, it was a FABULOUS thing! !!!! there was only the sea in front to be able to fully savor it, prices within everyone's reach, unique products !!! we highly recommend it, the girls who served us are nice, very approachable (I really don't understand certain negative reviews about them) we will definitely be back with friends !! congratulations to the staff !! thank you

La riapertura del negozio ha richiesto una nuova gestione, ma il caseificio è sempre quello, il personale sempre cortese e la mozzarella sempre super. A tutt'ora la miglior mozzarella di bufala che abbia trovato a Venezia, in laguna o in terraferma; ottime anche ricotta e scamorza, sempre di bufala; personale sempre cortese. I fully confirm this review prior to the closure of the 2020 lockdown. The reopening of the shop required new management, but the dairy is still the same, the staff always courteous and the mozzarella always super. Still the best buffalo mozzarella I have found in Venice, in the lagoon or on the mainland; also excellent ricotta and scamorza, always buffalo; always courteous staff.

Sono andata la prima e ultima volta l'altro ieri, ho acquistato due pacchi di bocconcini ripieni di panna; uno mangiabile, l'altro era acido, da buttare via, ieri mattina glielo abbiamo riportato e ce lo hanno cambiato con un pacco di stracciatella che già all'apparenza appariva gonfio (non sono prodotti freschi confezionati al momento ma credo gli arrivino da giù, sono già confezionati "sottovuoto" come quelli del supermercato); morale della favola, ieri sera apro la stracciatella, immangiabile. Mai più! Ne ho mangiati di prodotti di questo tipo, in altri negozi specializzati che ci sono in zona ma mai avuto sti problemi! Per non parlare dei prezzi troppo esagerati! Never again! I went the first and last time the day before yesterday, I bought two packs of morsels filled with cream; one edible, the other was sour, to throw away, yesterday morning we brought it back to him and they changed it to us with a packet of stracciatella that already apparently appeared swollen (they are not fresh products packaged at the moment but I think they come from downstairs, they are already "vacuum" packaged like those in the supermarket); moral of the story, last night I open the stracciatella, inedible. Never again! I have eaten of products of this type, in other specialized shops in the area but never had such problems! Not to mention the too exaggerated prices!
