Hanno messo in dubbio l’orario dell’appuntamento, la dinamica dell’appuntamento, avrei dovuto consegnare tutta la documentazione per l’appuntamento mentre al mio arrivo hanno detto non è vero, allora mi domando come potevo sapere io di questa possibilità. Ho mandato mail per disdire appuntamento perché non rispondevano al telefono, ma per loro non è vero sono giustificati se hanno persone in attesa, mentre per chi lavora non c’è giustificazione e pago 8, 65 euro per i servizi di cortesia e compilazione.... mai più questo è l’ultimo anno. Le 3 "signore" del 730 sgarbatissime, maleducato all'inverosimile e isteriche da morire, caotiche, concordo con chi ha scritto in altre recensioni che certa gente non dovrebbe stare a contatto con il pubblico. Non ho parole davanti a tanta maleducazione. Altra pecca, un 730 singolo 50 euro per essere trattata così, ma fatemi il piacere! Assolutamente sconsigliato. Con la documentazione completa sotto il naso sostiene che sia io a doverle dire quali numeri inserire. Ovviamente se sapessi quali numeri inserire non mi sarei rivolta al Caf. Sono andata via e sicuramente farò la documentazione di cui avevo bisogno da un'altra parte. Devo pagare un servizio ed essere presa in giro dall'operatrice.... Alla base di un lavoro a contatto con il cliente ci deve essere educazione e rispetto. Sono rimasta allibita poi in un caf.... IN RISPOSTA Alla VOSTRA Non credo ci sia bisogno di un lungo appuntamento per capire la maleducazione di una persona . Probabilmente la signorina vista la sua modalità di ergersi superiore non si rende nemmeno conto del suo comportamento altezzoso nei confronti delle PERSONE e non vi racconta proprio tutta la verità. Consiglio di fare un punto della situazione sui vostri dipendenti e visto che non sono l unica a recensire negativamente prendete i consigli dati x migliorare il servizio proposto anziché stare sulla difensiva.
