★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente dopo 10 mesi sono riuscito a liberarmi di una bici nuova da 3000 euro comprata in questo negozio: piena di difetti su cui non ho avuto alcuna valida assistenza da parte del titolare, unico pregio la cortesia per quello non si merita il voto piu' basso.
Finally after 10 months I managed to get rid of a new 3000 euro bike bought in this store: full of defects on which I had no valid assistance from the owner, the only honor the courtesy for that does not deserve the lowest rating .

I bought 2 bicycles. A racing bike and an e-bike, both of very good quality, nothing to complain about. In addition, the service is good and the selection is large. Something for everyone! Have a look yourself ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio assistenza post acquisto poco cortese e professionale eppure le bici non costano poco. Assitenza tecnica nulla e poco competente. Sconsiglio vivamente soprattutto se avete bisogno di riparazioni sulle bici da loro acquistate!
Unproductive and professional after-sales service, yet bikes are not cheap. Nothing and little competent technical assistance. I strongly advise against it especially if you need repairs on the bikes they purchase!

Offre una vastissima scelta di biciclette di tutti i tipi e accessori vari. Il titolare é molto cortese e preparato. Ho comprato 3 biciclette in questo negozio e non ho mai avuto problemi. Quando le ho portate a fare manutenzione, il lavoro è stato fatto bene ed in tempi molto brevi. Io mi sono trovata molto bene e di sicuro lo consiglio.

When I brought them to do maintenance, the work was done well and in a very short time. I found myself very well and certainly recommend it.
