★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind spontan am Donnerstagabend gegen 19 Uhr zum Schluntner den Berg hoch gefahren (ab Talsohle circa 7 km, auf den letzten 2 km sehr schmale und buckelige Strasse). Es hat sich gelohnt. Zum einem hatten wir Glück, dass sich eine Gesellschaft angemeldet hatte. So gab es auch für uns etwas zu essen. (Normale Öffnungszeiten sind Fr. - So. - das nächste Mal rufen wir vorher an!) Zum anderen war es genau so, wie wir es bei Buschenschenken mögen. Sehr familiär, einfache Stube aber schön gemütlich und das Essen (Gerstensuppe, Schlutzkrapfen, Knödel Tris und einiges mehr) waren sehr lecker und günstig. Die Wirte war sehr nett und wir hatten einen schönen Abend.
We spontaneously drove up the mountain to Schluntner on Thursday evening at around 7 p.m. (approx. 7 km from the bottom of the valley, on the last 2 km very narrow and bumpy road). It was worth it. For one thing, we were lucky that a company had registered. So there was something to eat for us too. (Normal opening times are Fri. Very familiar, simple parlor but nice and cozy and the food (barley soup, Schlutzkrapfen, dumplings Tris and a lot more) were very tasty and cheap. The host was very nice and we had a nice evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier zu Mittag gegessen, die Fahrt zum Buschenschank Schluntner ist ein kleines Abenteuer, dass man aber gut übersteht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und unsere Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen, wir haben Knödel Tris gegessen, dass aus einem Spinat Knödel, Rote Beete Knödel und einem Speck Knödel bestanden hat, dies wurde mit einer Buttersauce und Parmesan serviert hat einfach köstlich geschmeckt, der Preis war wirklich günstig. Leider war das Wetter nicht schön, sonst hätten wir uns auf die schöne Terrasse setzen können.
We had lunch here, the trip to the Buschenschank Schluntner is a little adventure, but one that you can get through well. We received a friendly welcome and our order was quickly taken, we ate dumpling tris, which consisted of a spinach dumpling, beetroot dumplings and a bacon dumpling, this was served with a butter sauce and parmesan was simply delicious, the price was really cheap. Unfortunately the weather wasn't nice, otherwise we would have been able to sit on the beautiful terrace.
