Questo ufficio postale é un pochino nascosto quindi non ci sono lunghe code di attesa.
Nice and fast and available, the environment is small but well organized.
This post office is a little hidden so there are no long waiting lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio postale con persone simpatico e disponibile! Il parcheggio è inesistente, si trova in un giardino condominiale ed è chiuso da una sbarra.. O lasci la macchina in strada o ci devi andare a piedi! Nonostante sia piccolo e con solo 2 sportelli, si viaggia abbastanza veloci e trovare coda è alquanto difficile! Mi è capitato più volte di doverci andare per delle raccomandate.. Non proprio perché non ero a casa ma perché il postino non ha suonato! Seccante!
Post office with nice and helpful people! The parking is non-existent, it is located in a communal garden and is closed by a bar .. Either you leave the car in the street or you have to walk there! Despite being small and with only 2 doors, it travels quite fast and finding a queue is quite difficult! It happened to me several times that I had to go there for registered mail .. Not really because I was not at home but because the postman didn't ring! Annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essere stata in vari uffici a chiedere un un'aiuto per la poste pay una mia amica mi ha consigliato di andare alle poste di san giacomo. Le impiegate hanno fatto di tutto per aiutarmi a risolvere il mio problema e non hanno perso la pazienza. Gentilissime e pazienti anche se avevano tanto lavoro. Grazie??
After having been in various offices to ask for help with the post office, a friend of mine advised me to go to the post office in San Giacomo. The employees went out of their way to help me solve my problem and didn't lose patience. Very kind and patient even if they had a lot of work. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono spesso purtroppo obbligata a recarmi qui per raccomandate o pacchi, essendo l’ufficio postale del mio comune. Esco ogni volta con i capelli dritti e non sono l’unica.
Le “””””””gentili””””” signorine che lavorano qui, tendono sempre aperto uno sportello o al massimo due su tre, creando fila che però è capibile alle poste. Quindi partiamo dal presupposto che una ventina di minuti di fila si fanno sempre, ma questo non è nulla.
Sempre le gentilissime, hanno dei modi che nemmeno l’orco Shrek si sogna di avere.
Qualche mese fa il mio compagno va a spedire un pacco, non avendolo mai fatto, chiede indicazioni su come procedere. Una delle gentilissime, si scoccia e gli risponde “ma dai come non hai mai spedito un pacco?!” e già qua, andiamo male.
Oggi vado a ritirare una raccomandata per una persona positiva e in quarantena, con foto della stessa e dei documenti d’identità. Arrivo allo sportello (dopo 25 min di coda) e faccio presente che non ho il cartaceo causa covid. Mi dicono di farmi inviare una mail dalla persona interessata. Me la faccio inviare e mi chiama la ragazza al secondo sportello, mi dicono di inoltrargliela via mail dopo averla vista sul mio telefono. Gliela mando e dopo 2 minuti, la guardano e mi dicono che non va bene. I toni da entrambe le parti si alzano, mi indispongo perché mi aveva detto poco prima che andava bene, loro stesse mi hanno chiesto una mail. Finale? Una delle delicatissime impiegate da dietro il vetro si abbassa la mascherina per urlare meglio.
Penso l’ufficio postale peggiore di tutta Italia, imbarazzanti

The "" "" "" "kind" "" "" ladies who work here, always tend to open a counter or at most two out of three, creating a queue that is understandable at the post office. So we assume that about twenty minutes in a row are always done, but this is nothing.
Always the very kind, they have ways that not even the ogre Shrek dreams of having.
A few months ago my partner goes to send a package, having never done so, he asks for directions on how to proceed. One of the very kind, gets annoyed and replies "come on, how have you never sent a package ?!" and already here, we're going badly.
Today I am going to collect a registered letter for a positive and quarantined person, with photos of the same and identity documents. I arrive at the counter (after 25 minutes of queue) and I point out that I don't have the paper due to covid. They tell me to have the person concerned send me an email. I have it sent and the girl calls me at the second counter, they tell me to forward it to her via email after seeing it on my phone. I send it to them and after 2 minutes, they look at it and tell me it's not good. The tones on both sides rise, I get annoyed because he had told me just before that it was fine, they themselves asked me for an email. The final? One of the very delicate used from behind the glass lowers the mask to scream better.
I think the worst post office in all of Italy, embarrassing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentissimi.. la signora bionda sempre scocciata e sembra che ti fa un favore a gare le cose.. su tre sportelli ne la vera solo uno e se ti avvicini al secondo ri rispondono in.malo modo.. metti un cartello sportello chiuso pare brutto!! Credo che sia ora di cambiare gli impiegati e di metterne dei nuovi in quanto sono del paese e quindi con i conoscenti si comportano in tutt'altra maniera.. togliete anche il vetro poi vediamo se la signora in questione si fa tanto forte!!
Very slow .. the blonde lady always annoyed and it seems that she does you a favor by competing things .. on three branches of the real only one and if you approach the second they respond in bad way .. put a closed door sign it looks ugly !! I think it's time to change the employees and to put new ones as they are from the country and then with the acquaintances they behave in a completely different way .. also remove the glass then let's see if the lady in question is so strong !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente già da tempo in questo ufficio postale e devo dire che non ho mai avuto problemi,generalmente c'è poca fila ad eccezione di alcuni giorni come in tutti gli uffici postali. Recentemente ho avuto un imprevisto,mi hanno clonato il bancomat, non so come e dove. Ovviamente oltre alla denuncia in questura,mi sono recata allo sportello. L'impiegata ,ma devo dire tutti, sono stati davvero disponibili e pazienti. Mi ha pure aiutata nella sfilza di moduli da complilare con molto interesse a risolvere il mio problema al più presto Non credo che in altri uffici postali avrei ottenuto lo stesso servizio. Grazie mille.
