★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collaboratore con occhiali di madrelingua tedesca molto scortese con i clienti. Non ho parole per come si comporta. Parla velocissimo e soprattutto non lascia parlare il cliente. Nel rapporto verso il cliente si nota molta ansia e nervosismo. Ha trattato male anche un cliente prima di me. Non so che problemi abbia ma sicuramente non è adatto per lavorare con le persone. Con i due ragazzi che parlano italiano invece mi sono sempre trovata bene, cortesi e alla mano. Tranquilli e gentili.
