F	Federica G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??‍♀️Pessima esperienza ... non consiglio assolutamente di usufruire dei loro servizi ... i tempi sono biblici per qualsiasi cosa e se c’è un problema vieni sicuramente rimbalzato da un ufficio all’altro per giorni prima di parlare con qualcuno .... il solito scarica barile per lavarsi le mani ...per non parlare del servizio clienti telefonico dove sembrano quasi scocciati nel darti informazioni che ti spettano. ??‍♀️ Bad experience ... I absolutely do not recommend using their services ... times are biblical for anything and if there is a problem you are definitely bounced from office to office for days before speaking to someone .... the usual download barrel to wash your hands ... not to mention the telephone customer service where they seem almost annoyed at giving you information that you are entitled to.

M	Marco Lara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato negli uffici postali in diversi posti in tutto il mondo, ma questo è sicuramente il peggior servizio che abbia mai incontrato. Giovedì 28/10/2021 alle 15:00 ho frequentato questa agenzia e ho impiegato più di 3 ore per inviare un affrancatura pagata al consolato di Milano. Il ritardo nel servizio era assurdo, la funzione che mi attendeva al bancone 1 era scortese e maleducata, mi ha orientato male e ho appena scoperto perché, grazie a Dio, sono tornato a un altro bancone dove l'addetto mi ha guidato correttamente. Ma con quello ho dovuto fare la fila 3 volte per poter spedire una semplice affrancatura a Milano. Nel frattempo, ho visto altre persone partecipare allo stesso bancone ed è stata scortese con tutti quelli a cui ha partecipato. Praticamente in ogni consultazione c'era un conflitto e il supervisore doveva intervenire e lei era altrettanto scortese. Il peggio è stato con una coppia con due bambini piccoli, uno in braccio. Il servizio è stato umiliante e sono stati anche fuorviati a causa della maleducazione e della mancanza di pazienza dell'addetto. Vergognoso. Penso che se a qualcuno non piace aiutare le persone non dovrebbe essere messo al banco del servizio clienti. Sfortunato. In questa agenzia non torno più. I have been to post offices in different places around the world, but this is definitely the worst service I have ever encountered. Thursday 28/10/2021 at 15:00 I attended this agency and it took more than 3 hours to send a paid postage to the consulate in Milan. The delay in service was absurd, the function waiting for me at counter 1 was rude and rude, misdirected me and I just found out why, thank God, I went back to another counter where the attendant guided me correctly. But with that I had to queue 3 times to be able to send a simple postage to Milan. Meanwhile, I saw other people attending the same counter and she was rude to everyone she attended. In practically every consultation there was a conflict and the supervisor had to intervene and she was just as rude. The worst was with a couple with two small children, one in their arms. The service was humiliating and they were also misled due to the clerk's rudeness and lack of patience. Shameful. I think if someone doesn't like helping people they shouldn't be put at the customer service desk. Bad lucky. I never go back to this agency.
S	SIMO- MIX Simo asti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non potevo dare zero stella, scortesi ti urlano ti rispondono male incompetenti senza voglia di lavorare bisogna licenziarli e dare posto a chi ha voglia e se lo merita Soprattutto c'è una dipendente con capelli Neri magra mi sembra la più giovane che non so il nome se no lo avrei scritto e la più scortese e la più svogliata e maleducata di tutti. Lo sconsiglio vivamente questo ufficio.
L	Laila Jabir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza orribile, l’operatrice M** Vitt** è di un’arroganza e una maleducazione pazzesca. Dovevamo semplicemente fare una prepagata, alle 15:30 ci presentiamo allo sportello e finiamo alle 17 perché l’operatrice non era capace a scansionare i documenti oltre ad aver dimostrato scarsissima se non insufficiente padronanza nell’uso del computer. Ogni 10 minuti chiedeva aiuto alle colleghe, che anche loro, viste le loro espressioni, non la sopportavano. Maleducata e incompetente.

Chiedo a chi risponde se sa indicarmi uno sportello ATM poste abilitato al cash in sul territorio di Asti. L’operatrice mi sentenzia “TUTTI “, quanto faccio presente alcuni punti solo abilitati al prelievo , candidamente afferma di non sapere cosa significa “cash in”!??? Unspeakable, 20 minutes of uninterrupted attempts before getting an answer. I ask for information found on the post office site, but not found locally. I ask whoever answers if they know how to point me to an ATM post office enabled for cash in in the Asti area. The operator tells me "ALL", when I mention some points only enabled for withdrawal, she candidly claims that she does not know what "cash in" means! ???

T	Thomas Leterme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even with a queuing system I had to wait. Nobody understands English. They don't have envelopes. They prefer cash over card. They didn't seem to enjoy their job. In the end I was not able to send all my letters, that's at least what I expect to do in a post office.
