Professionalità e serietà e puntualità e precisione e gentilezza i loro punti di forza. Lo consiglio vivamente. Young but very competent guys. They cleaned my phone without doing the damage I would have done myself. Professionalism and seriousness and punctuality and precision and kindness are their strengths. I highly recommend it.

La ragazza è di una gentilezza infinita . ascolta e aiuta ogni tipo di cliente che ha davanti . stamattina purtroppo ho assistito a un grandissimo maleducato , che l'ha trattata malissimo, dandogli dei nomi e non solo a lei anche a me! perché le ha detto che dopo aver finito la riparazione del telefono di un altro cliente . avrebbero preso in carico il suo dispositivo . la reazione che ha avuto questo signore è stata davvero una delle più peggiori che ho visto . Ma mi congratulo con la signora del negozio e suo marito il tecnico che con molta gentilezza hanno spiegato al signore che non poteva e non doveva trattare cosi le persole ! il signore è uscito sbattendo la porta . Volevo dire a questi ragazzi che dopo oggi ho ancora più rispetto per voi e grazie per aver preso le mie difese . COMPLIMENTI fantastic shop with excellent staff. The girl is of infinite kindness. listens and helps every type of customer in front of him. unfortunately this morning I witnessed a very big rude, who treated her very badly, giving him names and not only her but me too! because he told her that after he finished repairing another customer's phone. they would take charge of his device. the reaction this gentleman had was truly one of the worst I've seen. Onestissimo tecnico, che mi ha ripulito il telefono che, in conseguenza ad una caduta accidentale in mare, aveva il pulsante on/off non funzionante. Avrebbe potuto raccontarmi qualunque cosa e non avrei potuto contraddirlo e farmi spendere molto ma molto di più. Invece, dopo aver aperto il telefono, me lo ha ripulito dall'ossidazione formatasi restituendomelo perfettamente funzionante alla modica cifra di 14.50 euro. Simpatica anche la ragazza che accoglie i clienti in negozio. Really great experience! I hade a broken camera glass on my oppo find x3pro, i ve asked for some quotes in asti and ALL the other competitors was asking 150-200 euro for the reparation. I found this place and they fixed perfectly my phone for a quarter of the price. The couple working there loves the work and is professional and experienced. They are fast, they are clear and they are super honest. Super recommended place for repairs (for the Oppo they are the only certificated store in the range of 40km). A little note about that : they are also careful about data protection, using best programs in circulation to pass data from phone to other support WITHOUT data violation (this are things that a developer like me can appreciate a lot). Than you guys, you great!
