β β β β β Really happy to see Burger King here in Bologna since it's not that common to have it in Italy, specifically in Pisa. Great location bit some issues on the queueing system since those who pay through cash sometimes got removed from the monitor showing the line queue. Happened to my friends and they have to wait for at least 30 minutes compared to those who paid through the self-service machine. Still a great experience, nonetheless!

β β β β β Some of the people working here are very unkind. The service is slow. The food is good but sometimes they get lazy putting the sandwiches together.
Most of them donβt know English. Good promotions though! No antibacterial gel.

β β β β β Standard Burger King. The food was good and the restaurant clean. They have self-service ordering machines. Unfortunately, our order number did not show up on the dispensing board at all and the staff had to verbally call us out, which we weren't expecting, so there was a bit of confusion
