All'inizio si sono mostrati molto disponibili e gentili, seguendoci nelle varie fasi della scelta dei prodotti. Purtroppo, dall'installazione al postvendita si sono rivelati maleducati e poco seri. Durante le operazioni di montaggio hanno provocato diversi danni ai soffitti e al cartongesso, eravamo d'accordo che sarebbero passati a sistemarci alcuni dettagli ed inoltre dovevano consegnarci un altro pezzo, ma sono spariti, non rispondendo alle chiamate e ai messaggi inviati.
