Siamo stati seguiti da Raffaella per la realizzazione della camera da letto, ha subito compreso lo stile che volevamo e ha saputo consigliarci al meglio. Inutile dire che ci siamo dovuti ricredere, non tanto per i prodotti quanto per la mancanza di serietà e professionalità della persona che ci ha accolto. Come ogni persona che con accuratezza e criterio deve acquistare una cucina nuova, stiamo visitando vari show room per capire quale brand ci convenga per un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo un budget e un progetto abbozzato da noi, che forniamo all’arredatore. Inoltre, lavorando nel settore, abbiamo già gli elettrodomestici. Il signore che ci ha accolto sembrava 1) visibilmente in disappunto per quest’ultimo aspetto (sappiamo bene che c’è un vostro ingente guadagno sugli elettrodomestici, ma se noi li possiamo avere scontati al 75% e oltre, non vedo perché dovremmo prenderli da voi) 2) ci ha sparato un ipotetico preventivo (basato su quali ipotesi? Non mi pare di aver parlato di materiali) di circa 10.000/ 12.000, quando in media ce ne hanno chiesti la metà per brand anche di qualità superiori a quelli da lui trattati 3) ci ha chiesto la modica cifra di 100€ ad elettrodomestico per il solo montaggio, e anche qui altrove ci hanno chiesto la metà (qualcuno anche solo 25€). Qualità prodotti: abbiamo visionato e “toccato” solo una Cloe Mobilegno e non mi pareva affatto una cucina di 12.000€ (es. angoli delle ante “sbeccati”, assenza di chiusure rallentate e altro). Si tratta di opinioni personali che mi sento di esprimere pur non avendo acquistato alcun prodotto. On Saturday 12/02 we went to this furniture factory, driven by the positive reviews. It goes without saying that we had to change our minds, not so much for the products as for the lack of seriousness and professionalism of the person who welcomed us. Like any person who has to buy a new kitchen with accuracy and criteria, we are visiting various showrooms to understand which brand suits us for a good quality-price ratio. We have a budget and a project sketched by us, which we supply to the interior designer. Also, working in the sector, we already have household appliances. The gentleman who welcomed us seemed 1) visibly disappointed with this last aspect (we know well that there is a huge profit for you on appliances, but if we can have them discounted at 75% or more, I don't see why we should take them from you) 2) he shot us a hypothetical estimate (based on which hypotheses? I don't think I talked about materials) of about 10,000 / 12,000, when on average they asked us half for brands of higher quality than those of him treated 3) asked us for the modest sum of € 100 per appliance for assembly only, and here too elsewhere they asked us for half (some even just € 25). Product quality: we only saw and “touched” one Cloe Mobilegno and it didn't look like a kitchen of € 12,000 at all (eg “chipped” door corners, absence of slow-down closures and more). These are personal opinions that I feel I can express even though I have not purchased any product.
