Premetto che il lavoro che ho fatto svolgere è stato un intervento importante, dove muratore e altra società avevano sbagliato misure di realizzazione. Arosio srl è quindi intervenuto su lavoro di altri... Direi non semplice. Dal benvenuto in azienda, alla spiegazione dei materiali, all’experience con la prova "toccato con mano" e infine all' installazione finale, tutto è andato bene. Personale addetto all’installazione, professionale e gentile, attenti ai dettagli, alla pulizia e all’ordine senza rovinare nulla. Avevo avuto altre esperienze non soddisfacenti ma con loro mi sono trovato molto bene. Ottimo servizio e puntuale sia in consegna che in installazione. Tutta la mia famiglia è rimasta soddisfatta. Excellent. I state that the work I did was an important intervention, where bricklayer and other company had made the wrong implementation measures. Arosio srl therefore intervened on the work of others ... I would say not simple. From the welcome to the company, to the explanation of the materials, to the experience with the "touched" test and finally to the final installation, everything went well. Installation staff, professional and polite, attentive to detail, cleanliness and order without damaging anything. I had had other unsatisfactory experiences but I found myself very well with them. Excellent service and punctual both in delivery and in installation. My whole family was satisfied.

Innanzitutto :non rispondono MAI al telefono ,secondo :abbiamo fissato un appuntamento col tecnico per prendere le misure delle zanzariere ma il tecnico non si è presentato e neanche ha avvisato(ed io che in buona fede ho soprasseduto ). Terzo :il tecnico successivamente è ripassato,ha preso le misure e a ‘loro dire’ in una decina di giorni sarebbero arrivate le zanzariere ma come sempre nessuna comunicazione da parte loro per avvertire il cliente ,quindi chiamo io TUTTI I GIORNI ripeto TUTTI I GIORNI non risponde nessuno !Oggi dopo 1 mese dalla presunta data di arrivo delle zanzariere mi prendo un giorno di permesso per capire se la ditta ha avuto problemi economici (se è aperta o meno) e mi sento dire con molta nonchalance che il lavoro non si può fare per il tipo di finestre che ho ! BEH MA COMPLIMENTI VOI SI CHE SAPETE COME SI LAVORA ! This is the first time that I have written a negative review but I feel compelled to warn anyone who intends to contact this company. First of all: they NEVER answer the phone, second: we made an appointment with the technician to take the measurements of the mosquito nets but the technician did not show up and did not even notify (and I who in good faith postponed). Third: the technician subsequently passed over, took the measurements and to 'tell them' in about ten days the mosquito nets would arrive but as always no communication from them to warn the customer, so I call EVERYDAY I repeat EVERYDAY no No one answers! Today, 1 month after the alleged arrival date of the mosquito nets, I take a day off to understand if the company has had economic problems (if it is open or not) and I am told very nonchalantly that the work cannot be done for the kind of windows I have! WELL BUT CONGRATULATIONS YOU THAT YOU KNOW HOW TO WORK!

Tra i vari rivenditori che ho visitato in zona, a mio avviso hanno il prodotto che offre il miglior rapporto qualità’/prezzo. Zanzariere con dettagli di livello e ben rifiniti dai quali si denota l’elevata qualità’ del prodotto ad un prezzo estremamente concorrenziale. Non ho riscontrato alcun problema nel comunicare con l’azienda tramite telefono e email e ho trovato il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente. Sono stati in grado di riprodurre un vecchio modello di grata che il mio vicino di casa aveva installato decenni fa e al quale, per regolamento condominiale, mi sono dovuta attenere. I termini di consegna del materiale commissionato sono stati rispettati. Mi hanno offerto una consulenza precisa e accurata in merito alla possibilità di detrarre fiscalmente la spesa sostenuta.
