β β β β β Avevo chiesto informazioni per un prodotto di fascia medio/bassa e quindi poco costoso, ed ho dovuto dire grazie che l'addetto alle vendite si Γ© degnato di darmi svogliatamente qualche informazione a riguardo.
Ho dovuto informarlo io di una funzione del prodotto,e senza neanche aiutarmi nella prova mi ha liquidato dicendomi che aveva un cliente.(e non era vero,perchΓ© quando l'ho contattato era in un momento libero).
Per fortuna c'Γ© personale piΓΉ attento,spero sia un caso isolato,ma consiglio in ogni caso una maggiore attenzione a tutti i clienti.
 I had asked for information for a medium / low-end and therefore inexpensive product, and I had to say thank you that the sales assistant has deigned to give me some information about it listlessly.
I had to inform him of a function of the product, and without even helping me in the test he dismissed me by saying that he had a customer (and it was not true, because when I contacted him he was in a free moment).
Fortunately, there is more attentive staff, I hope it is an isolated case, but in any case I recommend greater attention to all customers.

β β β β β Il negozio Γ¨ molto ampio e ben tenuto e gli addetti alle vendite molto preparati.
Devo perΓ² dare una recensione negativa... PerchΓ© non sono ancora riusciti a completare i regali della lista nozze di mia sorella...(matrimonio giugno 2021).. I piatti rotti non li hanno ancora sostituiti.. Il servizio dei bicchieri non Γ¨ ancora completo.. Tanti regali sono stati recapitati mesi e mesi dopo il matrimonio.. La gente ha pagato un regalo che non Γ¨ ancora stato recapitato ai diretti interessati.. Γ¨ veramente una situazione inspiegabile e insostenibile !!!
The shop is very large and well maintained and the sales people are very knowledgeable.
But I have to give a negative review ... Because they have not yet managed to complete the gifts from my sister's wedding list ... (wedding June 2021) .. The broken plates have not yet replaced them .. The glass service is not still complete .. Many gifts have been delivered months and months after the wedding .. People have paid for a gift that has not yet been delivered to those directly involved .. it is truly an inexplicable and unsustainable situation !!!
