★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistema pazzesco!! Sbaglio a battere alla cassa un articolo. Lo sostituisco con quello che avevo scelto e che costava di meno e non ti restituiscono i soldi. Ma li devi spendere li dentro e non un centesimo di meno. In pratica devi aggiungere altri soldi. Pazzesco.
Crazy system !! I'm wrong to beat an article at the cash desk. I replace it with the one I had chosen and that it cost less and they don't give you back the money. But you have to spend it in there and not a penny less. Basically you have to add more money. Crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande e assortito negozio, adatto per gli adulti e soprattutto per i bambini: la linea venduta da OVS accompagna i bimbi da quando sono neonati, con tutine e maglieria intima, pigiamini e bavette, scarpine da culla e cappellini nella linea 0-36 mesi fino alla loro crescita, con pigiami, intimo (maglie, canottiere,calzini ecc) e tanti capi di abbigliamento, soprattutto casual e sportivi, adatti ai bimbi che crescono così in fretta. I prezzi sono accessibili. In questo periodo si trovano ancora i grembiulini per la scuola.

La signora non mi ha dato il reso del pagamento, aveva la testa altrove...poi ha detto che aveva un dubbio.....dunque hanno fatto un controllo, che offende il cliente, e di fatto e risultato il suo sbaglio.., l ho preso molto male!!! Non sono professionisti, per niente ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fornito di tantissimi vestiti, uomo, donna, bambino, neonato, comprende tutte le età. Un po' disorganizzato nella sistemazione della merce, qualità medio bassa, prezzi contenuti. Ma il vero tallone d'Achille il personale, scorbutico e poco predisposto ad aiutare il cliente. Ci vado sempre meno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro da Oviesse per fare degli acquisti, ho bisogno di chiedere informazioni su dei capi da acquistare , la commessa è al telefono ( chiamata privata ) e mi fa cenno di aspettare . Si libera , cortesemente mi dá le informazioni che ho richiesto . Vado alla cassa ,una coda di 8 persone, la cassiera è in difficoltà e chiama una sua collega che arriva dopo qualche minuto e anziché aprire l'altra cassa , chiama al microfono qualcuno per fare cassa. Non arriva nessuno . Non è la prima volta che in Sicilia trovo tanta superficialità e poca professionalità . Tutti si fanno i cavoli propri. Non vedo nessun responsabile ,nessuno che controlla che le cose vadano come devono andare .
