La signora Graziana è stata inizialmente splendida. Abbiamo concordato modello (scarpe da salsa), materiali e colori e le modifiche da me richieste (plantare interno, suola in cuoio e retina sulla tomaia). Tempi di consegna previsti: 15 giorni. Ci sono stati dei ritardi nella produzione a causa delle festività natalizie, poi il covid che sembra abbia costretto la chiusura della produzione, poi sono stati sbagliati i colori ed è stato necessario rifare le scarpe che alla fine sono arrivate dopo 2 mesi dall'ordine. Sono arrivate ad inizio febbraio quando le sale erano ancora chiuse, ma io mi alleno comunque più volte la settimana con il mio ballerino e così ho fatto anche in quel periodo. Dopo 10 ore di prove le suole (in cuoio) erano completamente rovinate pur avendo ballato su un pavimento piastrellato e all'interno. Ho contattato la signora chiedendo cosa si poteva fare e lei se ne è lavata le mani dandomi il numero dell'artigiano il quale, a sua volta, mi ha rimandato a lei visto che la transazione è gli accordi erano stati presi con la signora Graziana. Mi sono sentita dire che avevo usato le scarpe all'esterno (al nord in febbraio.. ?) e che le suole in cuoio si sono rovinate per la mia poca cura nell'utilizzo ? Ho scelto proprio il cuoio perché è un materiale estremamente resistente (si usa anche per le scarpe di uso comune con cui si cammina su strada, marciapiedi e superfici di vari materiali), come è possibile che in 10 ore si siano formati dei buchi sulle suole? Ballo da 14 anni e di scarpe ne ho cambiate tante, mai visto qualità così scadente per scarpe fatte su misura da un artigiano.

Mrs. Graziana was initially splendid. We agreed on the model (salsa shoes), materials and colors and the modifications requested by me (internal footbed, leather sole and mesh on the upper). There were some delays in production due to the Christmas holidays, then the covid that seems to have forced the closure of the production, then the colors were wrong and it was necessary to redo the shoes that finally arrived after 2 months from the order. They arrived at the beginning of February when the halls were still closed, but I still train several times a week with my dancer and so I did during that period as well. After 10 hours of rehearsals the (leather) soles were completely ruined despite having danced on a tiled floor and inside. I contacted the lady asking what could be done and she washed her hands giving me the number of the craftsman who, in turn, sent me back to her since the transaction and the agreements had been made with Mrs Graziana. I was told that I had used the shoes outside (in the north in February .. ?) and that the leather soles were damaged due to my lack of care in use ? I chose leather because it is an extremely resistant material (it is also used for commonly used shoes with which you walk on the street, sidewalks and surfaces of various materials), how is it possible that in 10 hours holes have formed on the soles? I have been dancing for 14 years and I have changed many shoes, never seen such poor quality for shoes made to measure by a craftsman.
