★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un negozio elegante, stupendo, lo staff è sempre uno dei migliori ma bisogna migliorare sul servizio delle consegne a casa, perché se ti dico un posto deve essere in quello.

Courteous and well-trained staff. Great variety of products and very convenient extended opening during lunch hours even if you are not in a shopping center. Very satisfied. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maggior parte del personale incompetente e sgarbato. Attese lunghe anche senza visitatori all internodel negozio. L' Educazione scarseggia e rispetto per il cliente sotto lo zero. Ho acquistato un monopattino che dopo tre giorni non ha funzionato. Sono tornato per reclamare ma non mi hanno fatto nemmeno parlare, una commessina mi ha proposto addirittura di comprarne un altro e aggiungere una garanzia al modico prezzo di euro 70,00. Che vergogna!
Most of the staff are incompetent and rude. Long waits even without visitors inside the shop. Education is in short supply and respect for the customer below zero. I bought a scooter that didn't work after three days. I went back to complain but they didn't even let me speak, a little shop assistant even offered me to buy another one and add a guarantee at the modest price of € 70.00. What a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamane mi sono recato in questo negozio per acquistare un monitor da 27 pollici , ho avuto da fare con un operatore uomo , che si occupa del reparto multimediale . Ecco le mie impressioni: maleducato , sgarbato, incompetente e senza voglia di lavorare.. In fine sono andato da Bruno Euronics dove ho trovato personale cordiali e pronto a consigliarmi.
Con questa recensione non voglio fare di tutta l'erba un fascio.
This morning I went to this shop to buy a 27-inch monitor, I had to deal with a male operator, who takes care of the multimedia department. Here are my impressions: rude, rude, incompetent and unwilling to work .. Finally I went to Bruno Euronics where I found friendly staff ready to advise me.
With this review, I don't want to throw the whole thing together.

Scarsità di personale e lunghe attese alle casse,alla vendita, ai finanziamenti.
Da migliorare il servizio alla clientela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima Esperienza per la Seconda Volta, gli assistenti vendita prodotti Non Capiscono Nulla di quello che vendono e non sanno nulla sui trasporti, della merce che ce in esposizione e magazzino etc.. Per acquistare 3 Elettrodomestici nel tempo del Black F. e stato un Casino, mi hanno consigliato per 2 settimane di andarci in giorni diversi per trovare prodotto e prezzo interessante ( alla fine non ho acquistato nulla ) perchè la merce non cera e quelle che mi interessavano non cera più la promozione quindi Prezzo Pieno...... cambiare Gestione Assolutamente 100 volte Meglio Bruno Euronics oppure Amazon

PROS: Gentilezza, affabilità, disponibilità del personale che compensa talvolta la totale ignoranza di cosa ci sia in vendita nella corsia/reparto a fianco a quello dove si trova l'addetto/a vendite cui si è chiesta un informazione. Locale e ?parcheggio idoneo alle persone con disabilità ♿
UNIEURO point identical to many others.
PROS: Kindness, affability, helpfulness of the staff that sometimes compensates for the total ignorance of what is on sale in the aisle / department next to the one where the sales clerk who has requested information is located. Local and ?parking suitable for people with disabilities ♿
