★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno risposto che nn sono autorizzati a farmi vedere la macchina x intero, solo la facciata esterna. Ribadisco, Da evitare, pretendono che compri l'auto USATA sulla fiducia. Ho chiesto di visionare il motore, mi hanno detto che non era autorizzato.?? chissà come mai??? Che ci sia la sorpresa sotto?!?!??
They told me that they are not allowed to show me the whole x car, only the external façade. I repeat, to be avoided, they demand that you buy the USED car on trust. I asked to see the engine, they told me it was not authorized. Who knows why? What's the surprise underneath?!?! ??

La gestione della compravendita è stata fluida e piacevole ed il personale è sempre stato disponibilissimo a chiarire dubbi e risolvere problemi. In definitiva, molto meglio di tante concessionarie visitate alla ricerca dell'auto
We took a 2015 Panda and it is perfect, when you open the garage you can smell a new car !! The management of the sale was smooth and pleasant and the staff has always been extremely available to clarify doubts and solve problems. Super trasparenti per quanto riguarda i danni dell'auto, elencati sul sito con tanto di immagini.

I purchased a used car on the brumbrum website; from the moment of the order to the moment of the purchase the service was impeccable: very kind and available on the phone and equally kind and punctual during the collection of the car. Super transparent regarding car damage, listed on the site with lots of pictures.

La vettura, ormai acquistata 2 anni fa, è praticamente come nuova, non ho riscontrato nessun difetto ne estetico né meccanico. Sicuramente in futuro terrò conto di BrumBrum per altri acquisti.
I bought a Nissan Qashqai from them after seeing an online ad. From the first phone call I was treated with professionalism and cordiality by the staff. The car, now purchased 2 years ago, is practically like new, I have not found any aesthetic or mechanical defects. I will definitely take BrumBrum into account for other purchases in the future.
