★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not find the phone number I normally call, so tried here to see if they could help me. Well, in the end I did get the right number but the person who answered the phone was on the edge of being unpolite. Blunt and unfriendly. BRT should do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past they delivered my package to the tabacchi at the end of the street because the guy didn't have time to drop it off at my house. And now I scheduled delivery for today cause I work all the time and they were too busy to bring it to me today. Their solution is that I go get it myself. Worst service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0/5 I would. I called 3x and the lady there just cut the call in my face. Now I have a delivery going to the wrong address. If I do not receive it I wont hesitate to take it further, no doubt only then they will realise they should have taken my call. Useless.

I’ve had 2 experiences with BRT. In one, I tried for 3 MONTHS to arrange to return a rug to a retailer. BRT insisted over and over when asked by the retailer that they were calling me and attempting to pick up the rug. We even confirmed my phone number several times. Nothing.
This time, I ordered a package from Douglas with guaranteed 3 day shipping. They’ve been holding my package for 3 days now past that date with no attempts to deliver showing that the “anticipated delivery date has changed.” I arranged to pick it up at their office because who knows when it would have arrived. I was then informed I had 2 business days inclusive to get my item, because when I want it of course there is a rush ???
BRT, thank you for never making me complain again about FedEx, DHL, or UPS. They may not always be on time, but at least they try to bring me my packages!
