r	rosy minutillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corriere scortese e maleducato! Leggo molte recensioni negative ma nessuno fa nulla, bisognerebbe prendere dei provvedimenti. Mi sono stati lasciati dei pacchi fuori dal cancello di casa, VERGOGNA! E al mio vicino è stato smarrito un pacco... Sarà mica la scorretta professionalità del corriere il problema? MEDITATE.... ah dimenticavo è impossibile firmare con riserva di controllo perché il corriere essendo un gran maleducato inventa sempre scuse e si rivolge con toni poco pacati e inoltre pur di consegnare un pacco suona i campanelli di tutto il condominio lasciando i pacchi ovunque, a chiunque e incustoditi. Rude and rude courier! I read a lot of negative reviews but nobody does anything, action should be taken. I have been left with packages outside the gate of the house, SHAME! And my neighbor has lost a parcel ... Could it be the incorrect professionalism of the courier the problem? D	Davide Faccin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta che mi succede con un ordine mi arriva un messaggio che il corriere ha tentato la consegna in orario che sono a casa e nessuno suona o bussa ho il dubbio addirittura che veramente sia passato niente recapiti chiamo la sede GLS di Vicenza e sento solo una voce registrata che dice di andare sul sito chiamo a Roma e lo stesso... non si può nemmeno contattare nemmeno per ritirarlo di persona spero arrivi presto visto che è un regalo ma non ci giurerei avendo già avuto lo stesso problema poco tempo fa' It is the second time that this has happened to me with an order, I receive a message that the courier has attempted delivery on time that I am at home and no one rings or knocks I even doubt that really no contact details have passed I call the GLS office in Vicenza and I hear just a recorded voice that says to go to the site I call in Rome and the same ... you can't even contact it even to collect it in person I hope it arrives soon since it is a gift but I would not swear by having already had the same problem a short time ago '
P	Parafarmacia D'Angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, vorrei segnalare un disservizio di un vostro trasportatore della filiale di Vicenza.Un pacco in consegna ieri trovo nel tracking ..."il cliente ha richiesto un accordo di consegna che potrebbe far ritardare la spedizione"...AFFATTO VERO!!!!...non sono stato contattato e tanto meno mi sono accordato con qualcuno per la consegna.Stamattina il vostro corriere mi consegna il pacco dicendo che mi fa un favore a consegnarmi perchè il suo furgone non passa sotto le barriere del centro commerciale dove è inserita la Parafarmacia...aggiunge che la prossima volta NON MI CONSEGNA!Ottimo servizio davvero!!!???Come se fosse un mio problema....se non mi consegnate la merce non la pago...poi vi arrangiate col venditore!!! A package in delivery yesterday I find in tracking ... "The customer requested a delivery agreement that could delay the shipment" ... at all true !!! ! ... I have not been contacted and much less I agreed with someone for delivery. The courier will give me the package by saying that it does a favor to deliver me because his van does not pass under the barriers of the shopping center where it is inserted the parapharmacy ... he adds that the next time I don't give me! great service really !!! ???come if it were my problem .... if you don't give me the goods I don't pay it ... then you arrange you with salesperson!!! Pertanto non vi è una ricevuta di consegna con la mia relativa firma e nonostante la segnalazione inviata via mail non ho piú ricevuto risposta. Sempre peggio. Parcel damaged and the courier refuses to let me sign with reserve. Therefore there is no delivery receipt with my signature and despite the report sent by email I have not received a reply. Worse and worse.
E	E dy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacco non consegnato perchè manca il civico, dopo che da due giorni li chiamo. Poca pazienza degli operatori a risolvere il problema, valutazione molto scarsa. Si, ho letto la vostra risposta, ho contattato due volte anche il mittente ma non è servito a niente. Preoccupatevi di più di comunicare quanto il cliente vi suggerisce, perchè alla fine siamo noi consumatori che vi fanno lavorare e che devono pianificare le giornate per attendere un pacco. Dal tracking leggo di contattare la sede più vicina per concordare o un fermo deposito o un'altra data di consegna ma è praticamente impossibile parlare un operatore. Finalmente in chat rispondono: devo contattare il mittente e far dare disposizione di fermo deposito. Ma si può diventare matti per una consegna? Quello che non capisco è perché altre volte GLS quando non c'è nessuno lascia la consegna in giardino...il dubbio che non sia passato nessuno è forte! From the tracking I read to contact the nearest office to agree on a fixed deposit or another delivery date but it is practically impossible to speak to an operator. Finally in chat they answer: I have to contact the sender and have a deposit stop order given. But can you go crazy for a delivery? What I don't understand is why at other times GLS leaves the delivery in the garden when no one is around ... the doubt that no one has passed is strong!

They sent me an email telling me to go to their site and book a reservation to have my package re-delivered. And I did. I went to their page And filled up the reservation form. I specifically put that my package is to be delivered on 29/03/2019, which is today, at 1pm - 5pm. I got home from work at almost midday, 11:50 am to be exact, and I decided to check my package through the tracking link they sent me and it says that they already came to my house to deliver my package at 10:11 am and that no one was home so I didn’t receive my package. I’m currently trying to contact them hoping they’d give me some explanation and maybe my package wouldn’t have to go back to where it came from or worse destroyed. I don’t know why they even bother asking you at the reservation form what day and time you want your package to be delivered if they aren’t even gonna comply to your request?
