Il mio pacco è arrivato in deposito 5 giorni fa ed ancora oggi non ho ricevuto nulla, causa vari posticipi la cui causa non è stata specificata. Oggi sul tracking trovo come motivazione "mare molto mosso", anche se tra il deposito e l'indirizzo non c'è alcun tratto di mare. Già così risulta ridicolo. A questo punto chiamo il servizio clienti, mi risponde un certo Francesco da Palermo che si dimostra scontroso e avvelenato dal primo secondo, mi insulta perché ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi riattacca in faccia. Io davvero non capisco come una così lampante e ridicola incompetenza possa essere ammessa in un'azienda così. Sconsigliatissimo. Spero che qualcuno prenda provvedimenti. Today on the tracking I find "very rough sea" as the motivation, even if there is no stretch of sea between the depot and the address. This is already ridiculous. At this point I call customer service, a certain Francesco from Palermo answers me, who proves grumpy and poisoned from the first second, insults me because I asked for an explanation and hangs up on me. I really don't understand how such glaring and ridiculous incompetence can be admitted in a company like this. Not recommended. Hope someone takes action.

Al centralino poi non ne parliamo… Farò il possibile di non comprare più su siti che si appoggiano a BRT!!!! Ho messo 1 stella perché meno non si può ma non meritano neppure quella ? Venerdì tutto il giorno in consegna (consegna tra le 11:30 e le 13:30. Poi dalle 10 alle 18) ma nulla. Aspettiamo I share all the complaints already present. Pacchi che rimangono giorni e giorni in giacenza senza un motivo valido. I corrieri che nonostante abbiano il numero di telefono non si degnano di fare una chiamata. Parlo almeno nel mio caso per la filiale di Agrigento. Se potessi darei 0 stelle Just one word: SCANDALS !! Ho chiamato l'assistenza e vengo zittita con tono arrogante con l'affermazione "se ha troppo bisogno di ricevere il pacco lo può ritirare alla sede di Aragona", quindi io ho pagato la consegna per ritirare di presenza il pacco? Sto aspettando i pacchi da 9 giorni e non arriveranno ancora se nessuno si prende l’impegno di segnalare questo disservizio. Gli operatori del call center di Agrigento continuano a giocare a scaricabarile e non ti danno nemmeno modo di parlare e spiegare. La loro incompetenza e presunzione li porta a zittirti ancora prima che tu possa esporre il problema e quando si rendono conto di essere in difetto mentono dicendo che i pacchi verranno consegnati in giornata oppure passano il telefono ad un collega che ne capisce meno di loro. Anche il corriere non si è degnato di considerare il numero di telefono che è stato lasciato al momento del ritiro e anche affisso di ogni pacco. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di affidarsi a questi ciarlatani. Bartolini è un’azienda seria dovrebbe fare più attenzione nella scelta del personale che la rappresenta. Dovevo ricevere il pacco il 30 dicembre e invece di consegnarlo lo tengono in giacenza con la motivazione di indirizzo incompleto o inesistente. Chiamo il numero di telefono alle ore 18 e non risponde nessuno ( la chiusura è alle 18:30). Chiamo il giorno dopo e mi risponde una dipendente che in maniera arrogante fa ricadere la colpa all'azienda che aveva dato le informazioni, mentre invece loro avevano pure il mio numero e potevano contattarmi. Se potessi darei 0 stelle. Almost disgusting service.
