Il pacco risulta consegnato ma non si sà dove lo hanno lasciato...dopo 2 settimana che chiamo l'operatore e non sà cosa dirmi viene l'autista a verificare e capisce che non lo hanno consegnato all'indirizzo giusto...chiedo il rimborso ma non lo posso avere se prima non chiudo il reclamo. Chiamo di nuovo l'operatore e mi dice che lo devo chiedere prima al mittente...ma io non capisco come si può essere così incapaci...si passano la situazione da una parte all'altra
The package is delivered but we don't know where they left it ... after 2 weeks I call the operator and he doesn't know what to tell me, the driver comes to check and he understands that they haven't delivered it to the right address ... refund but I can't get it if I don't close the claim first. I call the operator again and he tells me that I have to ask the sender first ... but I don't understand how you can be so incapable ... you pass the situation from one side to the other

Ich habe einen Kühlschrank für unsere Feriengäste bestellt, es war ein dringendes Anliegen, denn die Gäste brauchten den Kühlschrank und kamen unter der Bedingung. Am 14. sollte geliefert werden, am 15. wurde ich angerufen wie mein Paket aussähe und was darin enthalten wäre. Als ich dann fragte, ob ich am 15 mit der Lieferung rechnen kann, wurde aufgelegt! Nach erneutem Anruf stellte sich heraus, das mein Paket nicht in Brixen, sondern „leider in Sizilien“ gelandet ist. Ich könne frühestens in einer Woche damit rechnen. Was für eine Farce!
I ordered a fridge for our holiday guests, it was an urgent request because the guests needed the fridge and came on condition. It was supposed to be delivered on the 14th, on the 15th I was called to see what my package looked like and what was in it. When I asked if I could expect delivery on the 3pm they hung up! After calling again, it turned out that my package had not landed in Brixen, but "unfortunately in Sicily". I can't expect it for a week at the earliest. What a farce!

Servizio lento e pessimo. Dovevano consegnarmi due pacchetti e invece di farlo tutto in una volta ne hanno portato prima uno e poi per l'altro hanno scritto "tentativo fallito", quando ero a casa e non è passato nessuno. Potete almeno fare come amazon che lasciano il pacchetto? (Se proprio è passato e il citofono non ha funzionato). Oppure al massimo potevate consegnare tutto in una volta. Mah, che servizio... lontano dalla professionalità di Amazon ANNI LUCE.
Slow and bad service. They had to deliver two packages to me and instead of doing it all at once they brought one first and then for the other they wrote "failed attempt", when I was at home and nobody came by. Can you at least do as amazon that they leave the package? (If it really passed and the intercom didn't work). Or at most you could deliver everything at once. Well, what a service ... far from the professionalism of Amazon LIGHT YEARS.

Alla descrizione scrivono che sono in grado. In verita è una bugia... Non è proprio cosi. Forse la filiale piu peggore di tutte 180 sul territorio italiano. l'autista non trova il indirizzo, poi scrivono al tentativo di consegnare non era nessuno a casa. Una stella perche non si riesce a dare zero e perche il telefonista era molto gentile.
At the description they write that they are able. Actually it's a lie ... It's not quite like that. Perhaps the worst of all 180 branches in Italy. the driver does not find the address, then they write to the attempt to deliver was no one at home. A star because it is not possible to give zero and because the telephone operator was very kind.

Sarebbe da 0, 1 mese per la consegna perché non trovavano indirizzo su pacco, chiamati 3 volte per riuscire a sbloccare la spedizione, pacco arrivato in condizioni pietose con contenuto rovinato. Mi hanno rispedito il tutto ma la consegna è stata effettuata ad altro indirizzo a 30km di distanza, fatto recuperare il pacco ma a tutt'oggi nessuna notizia di dove sia.... Se siete fortunati e trovate l'operatore telefonico giusto, le cose si risolvono ma dovete essere molto fortunati ed avere molta pazienza!
It would be 0, 1 month for delivery because they could not find the address on the package, called 3 times to be able to unblock the shipment, package arrived in pitiful condition with spoiled contents. They sent it back to me but the delivery was made to another address 30km away, they had the package recovered but to date no news of where it is .... If you are lucky and you find the right telephone operator, things they resolve but you have to be very lucky and have a lot of patience!

I've only had good service but it seems like they have better things to do. Maybe smile? They get the job done and thats what matters.
