Pessimi! Dicono di essere passati e di non averti trovato pur facendoti trovare a casa in attesa, e nella cassetta della posta non trovi neppure un avviso di tentata consegna. Provi a chiamare e risulta sempre occupato, e se rispondono ti mettono in attesa infinita. Mai avuto problemi con altri corrieri, solo con venditori che hanno utilizzato questo pessimo servizio di consegna.
Bad! They say they have passed by and have not found you even though you are at home waiting, and in the mailbox you do not even find a notice of attempted delivery. You try to call and it is always busy, and if they answer they put you on endless wait. Never had a problem with other couriers, only with sellers who used this bad delivery service.

Io vorrei solo capire dove si trova il mio pacco. La consegna Γ© prevista tra il 2 ed il 7 Marzo 2022 (oggi Γ© il 2/03) il tracking Γ© fermo al 24 Febbraio e da allora non c'Γ© stato alcun tipo di aggiornamento al numero di tracking fornito dal venditore. Vorrei solo capire se il mio pacco Γ© in qualche modo in via di consegna o se Γ© ancora fermo a Bolzano (ultima localitΓ‘ che Γ© possibile rintracciare al 24 di Febbraio) cosΓ­ da regolarmi.
I just want to find out where my package is. Delivery is scheduled between 2 and 7 March 2022 (today is 2/03) the tracking is stopped on 24 February and since then there has been no type of update to the tracking number provided by the seller. I would just like to understand if my parcel is somehow in the process of being delivered or if it is still stationary in Bolzano (the last location that can be traced back to February 24th) so that I can settle it.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere il trattamento che quotidianamente ci riserva questa azienda. A parte i pacchi sempre in ritardo, rileviamo e segnaliamo una inaudita indisposizione e maleducazione di tutto il personale. Internamente in azienda abbiamo deciso di non ordinare merce se il corriere sarΓ  gls. Rispondo a voi: per quanto ci riguarda il rapporto Γ¨ cessato. Abbiamo provato in passato a contattare il vostro customer care. Ma l'unico risultato Γ¨ un ping pong di responsabilitΓ  tra sede mittente e sede destinataria senza che mai nulla venga risolto.
There are no words to describe the treatment that this company reserves for us every day. Apart from the always late packages, we detect and report an unprecedented indisposition and rudeness of all the staff. Internally in the company we have decided not to order goods if the courier will be gls. I answer to you: as far as we are concerned, the relationship has ended. We have tried in the past to contact your customer care. But the only result is a ping pong of responsibility between the sender and the recipient offices without ever resolving anything.

Non rispondono mai. 90 minuti di attesa con " GLS buongiorno " e le solite cose. Incredibile, da anni sempre il solito discorso. Possibile che non riusciate a inserire un paio di addetti customer care senza far rispondere tra una consegna e l'altra chi Γ¨ al banco? Incredibile, piΓΉ fatturano, piΓΉ risparmiano. Spero di non ricevere la solita risposta automatizzata " Ci dispiace per quanto accaduto ne prenderemo atto ecc. . SVEGLIA che trattate il cliente solo come un numero.
They never answer. 90 minutes of waiting with "GLS good morning" and the usual things. Incredible, for years always the same speech. Is it possible that you are unable to insert a couple of customer care employees without making the person at the counter answer between deliveries? Unbelievable, the more they bill, the more they save. I hope not to get the usual automated response "Sorry for what happened we will take note etc. WAKE UP that you are treating the customer only as a number.

Non credo che esistano parole per descrivere la poca professionalita' di questo corriere. Dopo aver atteso per la consegna il giorno previsto, sono passati in data diversa. Poi abbiamo concordato una nuova data ed ovviamente sono passati il giorno dopo dicendo che il destinatario era assente. Ora lo stato e': In attesa di istruzioni dal mittente per eventuale riconsegna. Ovviamente nessuno ha provato a chiamare il destinatario anche se il numero di cellulare era stato fornito.
I don't think there are words to describe the lack of professionalism of this courier. After waiting for delivery on the expected day, they passed on a different date. Then we agreed on a new date and of course they passed the next day saying that the recipient was absent. Now the status is: Waiting for instructions from the sender for possible redelivery. Obviously, no one tried to call the recipient even though the mobile number was provided.

I amended my review because finally after a month the packages arrived today. I don't know what caused the delay but the boxes were delivered this morning and they look in very good state. I haven't given full star rate review due to the time it took to get there but the boxes did arrive and that's all that matters. The chauffeur was very friendly. It would be good to get better contact details to allow customers to call GLS in case of queries.

Bad people, they have taken over from Bartolini as the worse courier , it crossed my mind they employed the former Bartolini driver, claimed to come to my gate and I was in several times when I was sitting by the gate, scumbags , I am considering no longer using Amazon to buy stuff
