★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radix als Warenwirtschafslösung ist nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr beschränkt und unflexibel. Dazu kommt, dass der Support nicht hilft (einiges wird einfach nicht bearbeitet) und die Abteilungsleiter arrogant und hochnäsig sind. Abzuraten!
Radix as a merchandise management solution is not recommended. Very limited and inflexible. In addition, the support does not help (some is simply not processed) and the department heads are arrogant and cocky. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machen müssen. Kann nur jedem dringlichst davon abraten. Nebenbei ist der Support langsam und die Service-Leistung sehr vom Mitarbeiter abhängig. Am Stundensatz wird nicht differenziert, wobei die Leistung pro Servicekraft/Assistent enorm schwankt.
Have to have very bad experiences. Can only advise everyone against it as a matter of urgency. Besides, the support is slow and the service performance is very dependent on the employee. The hourly rate is not differentiated, whereby the performance per service person / assistant fluctuates enormously.
