★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre un casino ricevere un pacco. Richiedo che mi venga consegnato il pomeriggio perché la mattina lavoro, e puntualmente il corriere passa la mattina e ovviamente non mi trova. Vado in sede per ritirare il pacco e a parte il signor Rizzo che è super gentile, la signora è veramente maleducata. Non solo passano quando dicono loro senza rispettare le richieste del cliente, se il pacco giace per piu giorni perché non hanno trovato nessuno in casa (perché magari lavora), viene chiesto anche un pagamento per la giacenza non richiesta dal cliente!
 Always a casino to receive a package. I request that it be delivered to me in the afternoon because I work in the morning, and the courier passes by on time in the morning and obviously does not find me. I go to the office to collect the package and apart from Mr. Rizzo who is super nice, the lady is really rude. Not only do they pass when they tell them without respecting the customer's requests, if the package lies for several days because they have not found anyone at home (maybe because they work), they also ask for a payment for the stock not requested by the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible: They have the Amazon contract, out of 2 Amazon orders i have received 0, they don't call, leave a calling card or answer the phone, business hours listed differently all over so tracing your missing stuff is an impossibility. My address was delacred 'non existent' easily finable on google maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. They don't turn up. They don't inform you why they haven't turned up but expect you to go to their website to rebook .Then they don't turn up again. It seems that if a driver can't complete their deliveries that day, they just log the outstanding onesone 'no one home' even though you've been waiting at home all day. Their phone is always busy. And if you visit their depot in person, they are quite discourteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery company. I am still waiting for a package that was suppose to arrive two weeks ago! I have contacted them several times, but they just do not care! The customer sevice is very rude and not helpful at all. Now they will just return my package after not even trying to deliver it.
