Mi hanno permesso la prova di uno scooter prima dell'acquisto (cosa che altri concessionari simili non hanno permesso). In soli 3 giorni ho fatto le pratiche per l'acquisto ed ho ritirato il mezzo. Davvero un servizio impeccabile.
Piaggio dealer with qualified, very kind and trained staff. They allowed me to test a scooter before buying (which other similar dealers didn't allow). In just 3 days I made the paperwork for the purchase and I collected the vehicle. Really impeccable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato lo scooter di mia moglie a fare dei lavori presso questa officina (???) , mi è stato suggerito questo posto da un amico dopo che l’officina dove mi servivo da anni è stata chiusa , ho chiamato per prenotare e mi è stato dato appuntamento dopo 12 giorni !!! Il giorno dell’appuntamento ho segnalato diverse problematiche tra cui un rumore metallico e il freno anteriore che non lavora nella maniera corretta , non mi è stato risolto nessuno dei due problemi !!!!!!!! Per pagare si passa all’interno di un cunicolo in mezzo agli scatoloni e infine si arriva all’interno della minuscola officina dove non è spiegabile come si possano fare i lavori , ho speso 80 euro e non ho ricevuto nessun giustificativo quindi non mi è dato sapere cosa è stato fatto sullo scooter.
Mi son sentito preso in giro , prima e ultima volta !!
I took my wife's scooter to do some work at this workshop (???), I was suggested this place by a friend after the workshop where I had been serving for years was closed, I called to book and it was appointment was made after 12 days !!! On the day of the appointment I reported several problems including a metallic noise and the front brake not working properly, neither problem was solved !!!!!!!! To pay you go inside a tunnel in the middle of the boxes and finally you arrive inside the tiny workshop where it is not possible to explain how the work can be done, I spent 80 euros and I have not received any proof so it is not given to me. know what has been done on the scooter.
I felt fooled, first and last time !!

Intervento in garanzia svolto correttamente, per carità, ma come è stato possibile non rendersi conto che le viti del bauletto, montato senza molta cura da Easy Scooter, avevano rotto l'alloggiamento, la piastra aveva preso gioco e ci sarebbe stato bisogno di due belle rondelle ???
