Portato la moto a fare il tagliando. Il giorno la mia moto (nuova di 3 mesi) perdeva tantissimo olio e fumava bianco. Ho dovuto chiamare il carroattrezzi per riportargliela a risolvere il danno che hanno creato dunque fondevo la moto e la buttavo via.
Kawasaki ha delle belle moto, ma chi ci lavora è pessimo.
Due cose sono certe:
1. Non mi affiderò più a questo concessionario
2. Non acquisterò più moto kawasaki.
 The word bad is not enough.
Took the bike to be serviced. On the day my bike (new 3 months old) leaked a lot of oil and smoked white. I had to call the tow truck to bring it back to fix the damage they created so I melted the bike and threw it away.
Kawasaki has some nice bikes, but those who work on them are bad.
Two things are certain:
1. I will no longer rely on this dealer
2. I will no longer buy kawasaki motorcycles.

Io, il mio compagno e mio fratello stavamo andando a Livorno a prendere la nave per andare in Sardegna. Dopo circa 200 km (ne mancavano altrettanti per arrivare) la moto di mio fratello una volta spenta non si è più riaccesa se non per pochi secondi. La pompa benzina non ce la faceva più. Trovato il modo di raggiungere il concessionario con la moto, io e il mio compagno proseguiamo aspettando notizie da mio fratello. Al telefono ci era stato detto che, non avendo il pezzo di ricambio in casa, sarebbe stato necessario aspettare circa una settimana, ma avevamo solo poche ore. Ci hanno detto che avrebbero controllato subito la moto anche se erano pieni di lavoro, nel caso in cui il problema fosse un semplice relè. Non era così. Ci dicono che avrebbero provato ad adattare un pezzo non originale ma che probabilmente non avrebbe funzionato. Poco dopo, mio fratello ci chiama dicendo che la moto funzionava benissimo e che ci avrebbe raggiunto dall'autostrada. È arrivato a destinazione prima di noi e senza il minimo problema, il tutto ad un prezzo onestissimo. I ringraziamenti sono d'obbligo, non avessimo trovato questa officina dubito che sarebbe andata così bene.
5 stars are not enough.
Me, my partner and my brother were going to Livorno to take the ship to go to Sardinia. After about 200 km (there were just as many to get there) my brother's bike, once turned off, didn't turn on again except for a few seconds. The petrol pump couldn't take it anymore. Having found a way to reach the dealer with the bike, my partner and I continue waiting for news from my brother. We were told on the phone that, not having the spare part in the house, we would have to wait about a week, but we only had a few hours. They told us they would check the bike right away even if they were full of work, in case the problem was a simple relay. It was not like this. They tell us that they would have tried to adapt a non-original piece but it probably wouldn't have worked. Shortly after, my brother calls us saying that the bike was working great and that he would join us from the highway. He arrived at his destination before us and without the slightest problem, all at a very honest price. Thanks are a must, had we not found this workshop I doubt it would have gone so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passata per chiedere un parabrezza prima di Natale. Mi hanno fatto lasciare il numero di telefono che lo avrebbero ordinato e poi mi avrebbe richiamata il giorno dopo. Già dal modo superficiale del ragazzo che mi ha “assistita” si capiva che ne aveva per le palle di ordinarlo. Sembrava proprio che dicesse “ si sì vabbè dammi il numero “ tanto per farmi stare zitta. Mai più richiamata è passato un mese. Parlando in giro con altra gente, hanno tutti una pessima opinione di questo negozio
Come by to ask for a windshield before Christmas. They made me leave the phone number that they would order and then call me back the next day. Already from the superficial way of the boy who "assisted" me it was clear that he had the balls to order it. It seemed to say "yes yes oh well give me the number" just to make me shut up. Never called back, a month has passed. Speaking around with other people, they all have a very bad opinion of this shop
