In assistenza apple mi hanno confermato come il guasto non fosse dovuto a danni accidentali ma nonostante ciò l'unica possibilità che mi è stata data in negozio era quella di sostituire il chip con un costo pari alla metà di quanto il telefono era stato pagato... Per non parlare del fatto che, appena comprato, il telefono non si accendeva perché la batteria non funzionava anche se poi mi è stata cambiata I bought an iphone 7 which stopped working after two years due to a fault in the signal reception chip. In apple assistance they confirmed to me that the failure was not due to accidental damage but despite this the only possibility that I was given in the store was to replace the chip with a cost equal to half of what the phone had been paid for .. . Not to mention the fact that, as soon as I bought it, the phone did not turn on because the battery did not work even if it was then changed to me.
