Officina competente, veloce ed assolutamente non esosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre trovato bene, sia come concessionario, sia come meccanico. Purtroppo non è nel mio quartiere, ma per avere una assistenza affidabile mi tocca andare da ProBike e fare un po'di strada.
I have always felt good, both as a dealer and as a mechanic. Unfortunately it is not in my neighborhood, but to get reliable assistance I have to go to ProBike and walk a bit.

Nel febbraio 2017 ho acquistato uno scooter usato,con garanzia un anno ,con la promessa che mi sarebbe stato consegnato in perfetto ordine.in realtà dopo una ventina di giorni mi trovo completamente Senza freni rischiando di schiantarmi.dopo averlo riportato mi vengono chiesti 75 euro per la riparazione (alla faccia della garanzia!!!!).dopo una settimana rimango nuovamente senza freni e,dopo averla riportata,mi viene richiesta la somma di 35 € che rifiuto categoricamente di pagare.il giorno successivo mi tocca tornare causa cavetto contachilometri dimenticato staccato durante il cambio freni.passata un'altra settimana di nuovo i freni tornano a darmi grossi problemi con un forte rumore metallico,prima,per non frenare più,poi, mettendo di nuovo a rischio la mia incolumità.lasciata ferma un mesetto mi decido a cambiare meccanico che,sostituitemi le pastiglie,con me presente,mi fa notare quanto l'usura di quelle precedentemente messe risulti essere di più di un anno e non certo di una settimana di utilizzo del veicolo.tornata dal venditore rifiuta di rimborsami con maleducazione.

In February 2017 I purchased a used scooter, with a one-year warranty, with the promise that it would be delivered to me in perfect order.in reality after twenty days I find myself completely without brakes risking to crash.after reporting it I am asked for 75 euros for the repair (in the face of the guarantee !!!!). after a week I remain without brakes again and, after reporting it, I am asked for the sum of € 35 which I categorically refuse to pay. the next day I have to go back due to the odometer cable forgotten disconnected while changing the brakes. passed another week again the brakes return to give me big problems with a strong metallic noise, first, so as not to brake any more, then, putting my safety at risk again. I decide to change mechanic who, replacing the pads, with me present, makes me notice how much the wear of those previously put on turns out to be more than a year and certainly not of u na week of use of the vehicle. returned by the seller refuses to refund me rudely.

Vado il giorno 3 a comprare, pago in contanti 1490 e poi il saldo il giorno 7... Quel giorno, dal venditore, mi è stato detto che il ragazzo ha sbagliato a farmi pagare 2490, perché costava 2800. Comunque ho saldato glialtri 1000 euro e ancora adesso sto aspettando la targa, che di solito ci vogliono 2 gg.... Secondo il mio punto di vista vuole farmi "pagare" il fatto di averlo pagato meno.... Da evitare..... Mai più uno scooter da loro...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprai due scooter li uno nel 2004 e uno nel 2010 portandoli anche in officina per i tagliandi. Quando presi il 2 scooter mi ritirarono il primo per farlo rottamare. Peccato che lo rottamarono 2 anni dopo, arrivandomi dal pra la comunicazione e ci dovetti pagare pure i bolli Purtroppo mi fidai del venditore, un mezzo ometto brizzolato con cui avevo un rapporto cortese sino a quel momento..
Questo è stato il trattamento riservato ad un cliente.
Da evitare assolutamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato scooter,nel giro di 2 mesi mi sono accorto che frizione e altre parti erano state cambiate prima di consegnarmelo con altre di scarsa fattura e non originali,ai tagliandi mi dicevano di aver cambiato i freni e in realtà stringevano le pinze e basta.Sta indagando la finanza.State attenti.Non sono le uniche cose che succedono,non cambiano neanche l'olio.
